Staff friendly. The room is big and clean.
I went to the Spa at the hotel. I did not like the experience there, as the masseuse was on a phone call throughout, even while massaging me, which I found very unprofessional.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mombasa Continental Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The food portions were impressively generous and tasty. A great balance of comfort, value and genuine hospitality.

Perfect location on a lovely part of the beach in Shanzu. Staff for the most part were super friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas and grounds are lovely.
The rooms we stayed in were in need of TLC/renovation. Mold and dry wall bubbling with mildew on some
walls, bathroom could use some
paint and bleach. Nothing terrible, but for the price I expected better. The lovely staff made up for the room’s deficiencies.
