It’s a horrible hotel with horrible service and horrible staff . They have no courtesy and service standards and facilities are too too poor. Very bad experience. No value for money .I would never go back and never recommend this hotel to any one

Good property, worst check in experience, rooms are ok.

Proximity to starting point of Hyderabad Marathon on Necklace Road.

Took 3 hours to get a room. It's the same story every year. Check in doesn't happen promptly. They make us wait for 3 to 5 hours. It's frustrating, especially when you have travelled by train from Pune to Secunderabad.

Unhygenic and Untidy Rooms should be taken out of Booking.com

Entrance / Parking and the Lobby are the only Impressive things. Ofcourse the Staff at Reception was good enough to tell us to check the room before actual checking in.

ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I HAVE STEPPED INTO. THEIR PASSAGE LEADING TO ROOMS WAS SO UNTIDY AND STINKING WITH WATER LEAKAGE TO CARPET AND PAINT PEELED OFF. Shown 3 rooms - All were dirty, bathrooms were with black fungus and one of the bath room did not even have a toilet seat

Nothing not recommended for

No service staff was there, No one picked the call, Rooms were stinky, dull and damp and was with dust. Old furniture were there TV remotes not there no refilling done and kettles were having flies in it.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The only good thing about this hotel was its size ang the lobby

The service is unbelievably horrible. It takes an overnight’s time for then to deliver one towel. Moreover, the sheets were covered in blood stains and upon request to change we were provided with dirty sheets again. We had to c change rooms and the next room had a broken flush. When asked for maintaining to fix it the helper came and fixed nothing. Nobody attenda to the calls at reception or housekeeping!

Not worth of money in the same price range in the area,

breakfast was surely not up to the mark. location is good

The hotel is a very old construction and need some serious renovation (major reason of disappointment). Pool access was not allowed due to maintenance activity for my entire stay of 10 days. while the house keeping staffs are well behaved, however the front ending guys need to learn some behavior and hospitality.
