magnifique appartement meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout.Equipement très complet.IL bénéficie par ailleurs d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Bandol .Centre ville et plage tout proches facilement accessibles a pied.
De plus une pace de parking protégée par un arceau sécurisé est a votre disposition.
Accueil vraiment très agréable et plein d'attention de Magali la propriétaire .Vraiment location a recommander !

Super Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick
Die Wohnung war super und hat voll und ganz den Erwartungen entsprochen. Auch die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt.Es fahren tagsüber öfter Züge recht nah vorbei, da man jedoch im 4. Stockwerk ist, stört es nicht und nachts schläft man ohnehin auf der abgewandten Seite. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch prima, alles funktioniert top, auch die Heizung und das WLAN. Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und überaus zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bel appartement, propre, avec une terrasse plein sud (bien apprécié au mois de février) et magnifique vue sur la mer.
Magali est une hôte super sympa et bien réactive. Nous avons passé un bon moment a Bandol et dans cet appartement.

Superbe sejour
Magali est une super hôte, tout était parfait ; son accueil , sa disponibilité avant, pendant et après le sejour et sa capacité à répondre à nos demandes.
Quant à l appartement il est nickel, grand, fonctionnel et très bien équipé avec un emplacement idéal pour accéder à la plage et au centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied.
L' accès à une place de pkg est un vrai plus et est primordiale pour Bandol en période estivale.
Enfin la vue est à couper le souffle sur le balcon.
Nous recommandons sans restriction.

Appartement très lumineux, propre, moderne, très bien équipé (nombreux rangements, machine à laver, airco,...). Parking réservé à la résidence est un grand atout. Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé une semaine à quatre personnes en juillet , l’appartement est très lumineux , la grande surface vitrée permet d’avoir une vue magnifique sur la baie, il se situe à l'écart de la route principale permettant ainsi d'être au calme sur la terrasse tout en étant proche du centre et ses commerces.
Appartement conforme aux photos. il y a bien un train qui passe à l'avant mais celui-ci n'est pas dérangeant et ne fonctionne pas de nuit. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et le dévouement de la propriétaire toujours aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Nous recommandons cette location.

Wunderschön
Die Wohnung hat genau das beinhaltet, wie sie beschrieben war. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Abwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimageräte, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächer usw. Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk eines Ferienwohnblocks. Lift ist natürlich vorhanden sowie auch Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Auch die Fahrräder konnten wir problemlos in ein Kellervorraum stellen. Der Ausblick auf's Meer ist atemberaubend schön. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es führt zwar eine Bahnlinie unmittelbar vor dem Haus durch, welche aber nicht störend ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind auf der hinteren Seite der Wohnung und Züge fahren nachts keine. Das Zentrum ist rund 1 Km entfernt und gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch der naheliegende Strand ist in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin ist jederzeit möglich und unkompliziert. Sie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und pünktlich. Wir haben diese Wohnung bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal gebucht. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Bandol. Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach wunderbar: hell, freundlich,sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und viele Ablageflächen. Man findet eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Man darf in der Anlage vor dem Haus parken, so dass man nicht extra einen Parkplatz suchen muss. In die 4. Etage des Hauses kann man auch mit einem kleinen Fahrstuhl fahren. Am schönsten an dieser Ferienwohnung war für uns der Balkon, von dem man über die ganze Bucht sehen kann. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen. Vor dem Haus fährt eine Bahnlinie, die aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Zu einem kleinen Sandstrand sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, so dass wir manchmal schon vor dem Frühstück baden waren. Ins Zentrum von Bandol läuft man auch nur 10 bis 15 Minuten. Unsere Vermieterin spricht auch Englisch und
ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hatten wir einen unserer schönsten Urlaube hier in Bandol. Wenn es möglich ist, möchten wir unbedingt wieder kommen.Noch einmal ganz vielen herzlichen Dank!

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances à Bandol.
L'appartement est très lumineux, moderne, fonctionnel et bien équipé,
avec un grand balcon offrant une vue splendide sur toute la baie.
De plus, la résidence possède un ascenseur bien pratique les jours d'arrivée et de départ.
Enfin, la propriétaire nous a accueilli très cordialement, se montrant très à l'écoute de nos éventuels besoins.
En résumé, hébergement de très bonne qualité dans un environnement privilégié.

Gute Lage, modern ausgestattet
Wir hatten 12 wunderbare Tage in Bandol. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet (Bsp. Regendusche, W-Lan) und liegt im 4. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl). Vom Balkon hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht. Vor dem Haus liegt zwar eine Bahnlinie, das empfanden wir aber nicht als störend.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen und Anliegen zu erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Ich war mit meiner Frau und meinem Kind (6) hier in dieser Traumwohnung. Alles ist Top in Ordnung. (Nur Fernseher haben wir nicht benutzt - daher kann ich nichts dazu sagen) 2 Schlafzimmer mit sauberer schöner Einrichtung. Top Bad mit Regenwasserdusche und abgetrentem Klo in anderem Raum.
Der Hammer waren die Ablageflächen für Kleider etc. Ein Ankleideraum mit vielen - wirklich vielen Regalen - Ablageschrank hier - kleiner Ort da - seperater Raum zum Wäschetrocknen der immer "Naturbelüftet" ist.
Das ganze befindet sich in der 4. Etage in einem größerem Wohnkomplex. Ein Abend hatten wir einen "Sänger" unter uns in der Wohnung - der Rest war wunderbar ruhig und angenehm.
Der Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer ist der Oberhammer !!
Fast jeden Abend kamen Kreuzfahrtschiffe am Horizont die vorbeizogen oder eine Yacht fuhr in die Boot zum Abendessen.
Immer was zu schauen.
Die Zuglienie vor dem Haus fand ich total angenehm.
Die kleine war auch begeistert. Beim chillen auf dem Balkon störte Sie nicht und in den Betten in beiden räumen war Sie nur zu höhren wenn mach gut - sehr gut aufpasste... :-) Also kein Problem für Niemanden.
Im Oktober soll auch noch ein Aufzug eingebaut werden - dann wird die Wohnung auch für alles Superfaulen Leute intressant.
Für uns war Sie jetzt schon mehr als Perfekt.
Danke an die sehr nette Vermieterin...hat alles möglich gemacht (Auch wenn für uns keine Wünche offen waren)
Ach ja - Parken konnte man auch sofort am Haus - für alles gesorgt.

Einkaufen - keine Problem - überall Casino Märkte oder Carefoure in der Nähe für die kleinen Sachen - mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten für die großen Sachen.
Die Stadt war ebenfalls in 15 minuten Erreichbar (ZENTRUM/HAFEN) hier war immer etwas los und der Weg dahin führ wunderbar am Strand an Palmen vorbei zum Ziel....
