Easy access to termales abnd town. Peaceful scenery and accomodating staff.
Needs improvement in hot water and wifi in the rooms.

Best service ever!! Kind and efficient! I asked to get breakfast early due my schedule changed, and they were prompt to move their schedule to help us with this request. Awesome!! Facilities(Garden): Too many flowers!! It was really beautiful to stay there!

Breakfast was very delicious. We also went for lunch . Food atmosphere and restaurant staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed staying at Mamatina hotel . Room was decorated in Colombian traditional style, outside we could use personal hammock .Liliana Valencia and Omar were so wonderful and helped us enjoy Santa Rosa de Cabal!!!

The scenery, mountains....clean room but basic
Need transport(own car to reach thermales)overall the charges for the accomodation are too much.
Also found a big spider, which I have mentioned to the lady a reception (liluana)and brushed me off as normal....not apologies.
The breakfast was basic...the only change was the eggs (boiled, scrmbbled or fried).overall very disappointed .Not worth it
