1. The sea view from our two balconies in our 3-bedroom villa are both breathtaking and relaxing.
2. The management and staff are very accommodating, They hekp and assist us to carry our 2 luggages from the drop-off point of our van to their hotel (almost 800m walk). And this include the carrying of our luggages up to the 5th floor.
3. The Ala Carte menu choices for their breakfast are good and have a lot of varieties,
4. They arrange our airport transfer to/from their resort.
5. They arrange our bundle Day tour, Island hopping and Snorkling adventures.
6. They assist us eventhough we have already checked out and our transpost has dropped us in the Balatero port. We forgot one of our small bag in the van transport and when I called them about that, they helped us contact the driver. And when the driver is not available to return our small bag, they arranged one of their staff to bring our small bag to us in the Balatero port.
7. Laundry (specific weight) is included in our stay.
8. Bottled water supply everyday is also included in our stay.
1. There are a lot of stairs going up to the 5th floor where our 3-bedroom villa is located, This is fine for us because we are quite fit and we know this is a good exercise. But not recommended if you are not fit enough.
2, General Menu needs more variety. I am specifically looking for halo-halo dessert and it is not in their menu.
3. There are occasional insects like ants around the place, in our villa, on our beds.

Das Zimmer war großzügig, sauber, täglich neue Handtücher und Jacuzzi. Große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool.
Der Zugang zum Hotel war nicht schön. Das Nachbarhaus ist verlassen und ungepflegt. Der Zugang zur Rezeption und zum Restaurant nur über viele Treppen.

Out of the blue is a hidden Gem. This time i stayed in the Spa Villa, but have also stayed in Villa 2 which has exceptional views, and a lovely generous terrace that is great for a Sundowner. The Breakfast is terrific and served in their Veranda restaurant , in an idealic setting with view of the the Batangas straights and Verde Island. The beach at the resort has coral, tropical fish and sea turtles at your doorstep
There really is not much to say as i nothing was wrong, it is a bit of an effort to get here from Manila, but frankly worth it if you are staying for three days or more.

The jacuzzi in the room, friendly employees. Free beach towels. Free laundry service.
Rooms are old and the first day they didn’t cleaned very well, we also had a lot of problems with the safety deposit box. The breakfast was very limited. Lot of bugs, ants in the room. Also the shuttle service was not as promised and food from roomservice had little taste, for the price you pay here you can find elsewhere much better.
