The calmness was great. Mudbrick construction fascinating. The quality presentation appreciated.
Some might not like the dirt road access but it is only a short drive and you need to go slow for the kangaroos anyway.

We adored this property and had a brilliant time during our 2 night stay with our energetic labrador. It's such a comfortable house and convenient location. Handy to Mudgee township, but with a great sense of quiet. We also loved the wildlife and walking through nearby bushland spotting the odd kangaroo. Thanks again for a brilliant stay. Christy

The biggest problem with this accommodation is that it doesn't have Internet. The landlord, who lives next door, said, "No internet., but you can walk out to my room and there is Internet." That is to say, the landlord has the Internet, but the guests who paid the money did not have the Internet. He also told me that not many of the people who come here need Internet. In the Internet age, if there is no network, can we still live? So the price is too high to recommend.
