Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Nous étions à distance de marche du centro. La vue sur le port était superbe. La climatisation dans les chambres étaient appréciés. Les propriétaires nous ont donné beaucoup d'information pour apprécié notre séjour. De plus, un stationnement était disponible pour l'auto.

This apartment was in a perfect location. Close to trains, restaurants and shops. The size was great and it was easy to feel comfortable and at home. Everything we needed was there. I would stay here again if back in Malaga and highly recommend it. The owners were easy to deal with and helpful whenever we contacted them.

The apartment is newly renovated, but has quality appointments. It is in the center of a amazing city that gets little press. Would definitely want to return.The owner was very understanding of our needs that changed after the reservation made.

The reception of our hosts was great: they showed us the apartment, explained where to go and to eat and were very helpfull . The apartment was clean and spacious, with heating and airco. The kitchen was very well equipped. The balcony is very small but has a great view. The school beneath the building started at 9 every morning with music....no problem. The main road nearby is noisy and busy . Everything is on walking distance: museums, beach, harbor and shops: we did not use the car much. Parking is a huge problem in Malaga. With the apartment came a place in a parking at the other side of the road which was very convenient. The apartment building is fine, but as always...there are some noisy neighbors. We had a fantastic time in this city and enjoyed the apartment very much.

Very nice, clean and bright apartment, with lovely view of the port. Owner José Luis was very attentive, always available and helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed to do light cooking, including condiments like salt, sugar, spices, and well stoked with soap for dishwasher and washing machine: very useful as we stayed for 12 days. Location is great, 10 minute walk from Central train station, 5 minutes stroll from metro Cercania Alameda which takes you to the airport in 10 minutes. Fifteen/twenty minute walk to the beach or to the marina called Muelle Uno, full of nice restaurants with terraces. Also 10/15 minutes walk to historical centre with all its lovely pedestrian streets and hundred of lively restaurants. Apartment was well heated during cold days and is well equipped with air conditioning. WiFi works well and satellite TV has many stations with choice of language if you don't speak Spanish. Overall, this place is strongly recommended as a place where one can walk everywhere.

The apartment was exactly as described, modern and well equipped. The windows are all double glazed with pull-down shutters when needed, so no problems with noise or blazing sun. Air conditioning in the main room and bedrooms also help keep it cool, which was great. The immediate view from the small balcony is of the port and dual carriageway, however just beyond you can see the pretty harbour and open sea. It's situation is just off the centre with no noisy bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity which means it has a lovely quiet location, but within a short 10 or 15 minute walk you are right in the heart of busy Malaga.

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Pluspunkt ist der dazugehörige Parkplatz. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider ist die Lage der Wohnung sehr laut, einmal durch die Nähe zu einer großen Straße und zum Hafen und außerdem durch die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft zu einer Grundschule. Der größte Nachteil ist die dauerhafte Geruchsbelästigung ihn der Wohnung. das gesamte Haus scheint ein Abwasserproblem zu haben - es riecht permanent sehr unangenehm in der Wohnung! Aus diesem Grund kann ich die Wohnung leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung bietet die ideale Lage zwischen Altstadt und Strand - beides in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Vom hellen, großen WZ aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten und abends auf dem kleinen Balkon ein Bierchen mit Blick auf den HAfen geniessen. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden den morgendlichen Trubel vor Schulbeginn sehr witzig. Die Schule beginnt um 9 Uhr und eine Viertel Stunde vorher beginnt das große Sammeln im Schulhof direkt unter der Wohnung. Die Fenster sind super isoliert - dafür reicht es aber nicht ;-) Jose ist ein sehr symphathischer Host, der uns super Tipps gegeben hat. Todo bien!

The appartment was very nice and is located a 5min walk to the center. I have to subtract only one star because it is located next to a school (which makes sleeping in the morning impossible) and next to a quite bad smelling river. Everything else was completely ok and I can recommend the place.

José und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Da wir selbst kein Spanisch können, war es gut, dass José seine Frau Englisch spricht. Sie hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen und mit unzähligen Insidertips versorgt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr einladend, geräumig und sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Man kann zu Fuß alles wesentliche sehr gut erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Jose Luis was a great host, the apartment very clean centrally located great view, great bed, everything was perfect except the river did give a very bad smell of sewage to the apartment, not pleasant !!! but!! i will recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and ideally situated for all the attractions in Malaga. Jose and his wife were very nice and could not have been more helpful with suggestions of places to eat and shop.

Die Wohnung ist superzentral gelegen, der Hafen, die City und der Bahnhof, alles in 20Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben die Wohnung genau so vorgefunden wie abgebildet und beschrieben. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei unserer einwöchigen Suche nach unserem verschollenen Gepäck sehr geholfen!!!
