The unit is a ground floor home of 130 sq. with easy access to the large garden from all rooms. The vacation rental consists of a spacious living area of 75 sq., 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a real feeling of freedom as from the interior you just have to make a step and pass the large balcony windows and you will sense the sea breeze. The garden of 1000 sq. allows you to lay back on the sun recliners, rest in a shaded hammock settled under a huge tree, listen to the birds, fully relax in a quiet and private surrounding and enjoy the scenery towards the sea. The entire plot is fenced and you find a carport with solar panels behind the gate to provide our guest with renewable energy. This space is bright and allows a free view to the outside area from the large windows doors. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa and a classic office desk for the guests who need to keep up with some work. A smart TV unit with Greek channels and Astra satellite connection for the foreign channels. Inventor air-conditioning units (cool/heat) and a wood stove burner will guarantee a pleasant stay during any season.
