About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located very close to the enchanting Lago di Garda. From the bedroom you have a beautiful view to the pool, from the balcony to the mountains (Monte Baldo). The apartment is brand new and nicely decorated. The apartment is located in a beautiful residential complex.
Toscolano Maderno is quieter than other towns on Lake Garda but also close to other centers where tourism is more prevalent. B. Lemone (25 km away). We hope you will be our guest soon.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in hervorragender Lage zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Strandbars und Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Moderno besteht im wesentlichen aus einem kleinen Platz mit Bars und einigen wenigen Geschäften. Tolle landestypische Restaurants gibt es in der Altstadt.
Die lange Uferpromenade lädt zu Spaziergängen und zu sportlichen Aktivitäten ein.

Appartment well presented. However, the publicity did make us think that the patio area/ balcony faced the swimming pool and lake. On reading the print it did say it faced the mountains - but omitted to comment that you mainly looked onto a car park and other appartments/ accommodation.
Somewhat annoying that there is allocated parking available (underground) which we were shown by the local representative/ contact - but we were unable to use. Instead we had to pay Euro7.20 a day to park outside.
Both this appartment, and a previous one we have rented this year, had some information available on local attractions - however neither had any comprehensive information on the appartment and facilities. i.e. How to deal with rubbish and recylcing. How parking operates in the Toscolano area. How to book a ferry trip. Etc etc.
We were also surprised that a modern appartment in this part of the world was not supplied with air conditioning. We did have a tower fan (apparently brand new) that decided to break down midway through our stay. We thought it might have been replaced - but unfortunately it wasn't and hence did make for a somewhat warm last evening/ night in the appartment.
