About this condo rental
Located in Mijas, this lovely condo for $95 per night is a great choice for your next trip. As soon as you are installed on this terrace, you will never want to leave it again. You can lie on the couch and listen to the village sounds. Read a book or get a suntan. You have a panoramic view over the village, the Mediterranean, and on a clear day you can see Africa and Gibraltar. The terrace is partly covered to give you shade from the sun. The location in the old part of Mijas Pueblo is very quiet, and has all the atmosphere of an old Spanish village. The building is 2 minutes walk from the center of the village, with a choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Not very suitable for small children or people with walking disabilities, because of 28 steps up to the apartment. The apartment and terrace is on one level on the 2. floor. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, television, free internet etc. Street parking 2 minutes away. You can not park right outside the flat, but you can drive through and stop for unloading

The view alone was worth everything. My husband and I joked that if that was all the apartment was...just a terrace that we slept on, it would have still been an exceptional find. But it was the whole package. The living space (living room, kitchen, dining) was modest in size but had everything we needed! A kitchen nicely equipped with anything you could need to make a nice meal, we did a lot of charcuterie and antipasto, but we did cook a few times. It was just my Husband and I for two weeks, it felt like a second home. The bed in the Master was very comfortable (we did not need the other two bedrooms) and the view from it again was breathtaking. Ludmilla, the manager, was very nice and helpful. The villa was extremely clean and well appointed. The only thing that should be noted is that the villa is at the very top of the village, so it requires a lot of uphill walking and the stairs to the villa are narrow and steep...so if you or anyone in your party has any mobility issues this should be a consideration. For us, after the Holidays...we welcomed the extra exercise! It justified all the eating we did down below in all the great eateries!

If you want a WOW of a stunning view then this is the place. Lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved sitting on the large balcony and having breakfast, lunch and evening drinks. Ludmila met us and showed us around, she keeps the place very tidy and clean. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the village so no need to drive anywhere for dinner. Thank you Peter for hosting us in your wonderful property.

I have been coming to this part of Spain for years but this time brought a dear friend who has never been. This apt was perfect for us! Gorgeous views from the main bedroom and the patio. There are a lot of stairs but so worth the climb! I would recommend staying here!

We had a great stay in the apartment: it was clean, comfortable and was really well-equipped (touches in the kitchen like oil, salt, sugar, cling film etc were really welcome.) Communication with the owner was great and he checked in with us during our stay to check everything was ok. The sun terrace is an absolute gem and the highlight of my trip was getting up to enjoy the first coffee of the day as the sun rose over the costa.
Our only advice to anyone looking to stay would be to take the parking issue into account. You can’t park near the apartment and have to rely on street parking with all other residents. When we came back in the evening, we often ended up parking quite far down a steep hill, which was fine for us but might be trickier if you had mobility issues.
Overall, this is a wonderful holiday rental in a great location with a really reasonable price in the summer. Thank you Peter!

Loved the home from home feel about apartment, very well equipped. The apartment was perfectly situated on the outskirts of the village, only 10 minute stroll into the centre. The view from the terrace is amazing, day or night! Mijas pueblo is possibly the prettiest, friendliest laid back place I’ve visited in a long time. Will certainly be returning, and I’d definitely rent this apartment again. Special thank to Joanne for checking us in (our flight was delayed, so very late)and all the local knowledge she shared.

Great Terrace
We had a great stay in Peter's apartment with all contact being easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything you need at hand. The highlight for us was the terrace, what views both during the day & at night. It does have a few steps as noted in description so not suitable for all. Only future recommendation would be to replace the fan in the bedroom with a air con unit, but we are from Scotland so not use to heat. Overall great holiday - thanks for allowing us to stay.

Perfect location with stunning views.
In an excellent location in a quiet part of the village. Stunning views & lovely large terrace overlooking the village & to the coast beyond. Our only disappointment was our arrival experience. The owner very kindly allowed us to arrive late at night, letting ourselves in. There was no welcome note or visit the following day from the housekeeper. In fact it was the final week of our 4-week stay before we saw her. A small welcome pack (if only for late arrivals) would be really helpful. Future guests should perhaps be aware that WiFi connection is very poor, constantly dropping out. We intend these points to be constructive as, overall, we loved our stay & would use the property again.

Another wonderful week
There aren't enough words to describe the apartment. It's brilliant, well equipped and comfortable. Being in the old part of Mijas you see locals all the time. The views are breathtaking. A short walk brings you into the centre, were you find plenty of shops and places to eat.

Lovely apartment beautiful location
We went with our 2 year old for 5 nights and had such a lovely holiday. The apartment was clean and spacious and the views off the balcony were absolutely amazing! Waking up to the views with a cup of coffee and breakfast on the balcony is worth the money alone.
The apartment had everything we needed and all of the cutlery and pots and pans etc are of a good quality. The air conditioning in the front room works very well, we needed it as it was 35degrees everyday!
There is a fan in the bedroom cupboard that we used for the night.
The location is fantastic, set back from the main center of town but a 5/7 minute walk and you are right there. There are shops, a pharmacy and supermarkets close so everything you need.
We love the old town so much, it’s our second time there and we will be back for sure!!

Nice property
Enjoyed staying in the property, fully equipped with everything you will need. Communication with owner is great, we used the owners recommendation for a taxi transfer from Malaga, went like clockwork. There are 28 steep stairs up to the apartment but the breathtaking views over the Pueblo and down to the Coast make it worthwhile. I would highly recommend, great stay in a beautiful village.

This was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in
The appartment is located at the east end of the village away from the tourist centre. There are shops and a bar within a 2 minute stroll. It is a pleasant 5 minute stroll to the centre of the village.
The appartment is well equiped and and presented to a very high standard. With out doubt the best feature is the very large south facing balcony where we enjoyed breakfast in the warm winter sunshine and fabulous sunsets.

We were at Mijas for 10 days 1st October to 10th October and loved every minuet there.
This was our first time in Peter's apartment and were very happy with the level of comfort and how well appointed it was and are already planning another trip in the not to distant future.
Mijas Pueblo is a lovely part of old Spain plenty of things to do and many places to eat Mijas is about 15 minuets from the hustle and bustle of Frengoila and it's beaches all in all what a fantastic place to have a well earned vacation

What a fantastic place, the view is amazing, in fact it is stunning.property has everything you need even basic essentials in the store cupboard, the location is fantastic too, only a very short walk to the village centre. Would defiantly return and recommend this property.

Perfect apartment with wonderful views
This apartment was perfect for our stay in the lovely town of Mijas. Waking up each morning to the wonderful views down to the coast was amazing and worth staying here on their own. But we also found the apartment ideal as it was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bathroom was also very nice.
The main centre of Mijas is just a short walk away and we found that there was plenty to see and do. We ate in several restaurants and can honestly say we enjoyed every meal out. Mijas is a place we fell in love with and hope to pay a return visit and would certainly look to stay here again

Wonderful holiday based in Mijas Pueblo
The balcony with the amazing view is what drew us to this amazing apartment. Just as described and so much more. A fully equipped kitchen complete with ground coffee for the coffee machine - there was everything you could ever need. Roomy bathroom with a really powerful shower. Plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms and the main bedroom benefited from the view too. The covered area of the balcony had very comfy seating which if we had looked closely converted into loungers plus two tables and extra chairs. The apartment is at the 'local' end of the village (right next to one of the donkey stables) but only a short walk to the busy main square. Do experience the Bar El Nino and the Alarcorn close by - wonderful local food and great atmosphere, although the touristy end of the village has a really big choice of very good eateries. We had a hire car (only 25 mins from Malaga airport) for exploring - Ronda, Antequera, El Torcal Natural Park, the Caminata del Rey, old Malaga. So much to explore. A week was not enough so we will definitely be coming back and will be staying at this apartment. We stayed at the end of October and had temperatures of 22 to 24C. Perfect.

Great apartment that boasts some of the best views Mijas
Lovely apartment that is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in this delightful town. The large balcony area boasts spectacular views and all day sunshine. In a quiet location with a short walk through narrow white washed streets to the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants. Turn right out of the door and follow the street down to Bar El Nino for a taste of real Spanish hospitality. Enjoy!

Simply wonderful apartment with panoramic and stunning views
We have just returned from our second stay in this great apartment. The large balcony has amazing views which you will never forget. It also has the advantage of having a shaded area with comfy sofas for relaxing when the weather is hot and a sun trap at the other end for those who wish to take advantage of the 24/7 sunshine that Mijas has to offer. The location is ideal as it is only a short walk along quiet typically Spanish streets to the centre of the Pueblo. The apartment has all the amenities you could require including a washing machine, easy access internet and air conditioning. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and hope to be back very soon.
