Spacious and clean
Usage of swimming pool. Too much regulation and too rigid.

My flight arrived at 12.30noon and we were allowed to check in at 1pm. The receptionist was polite and handed the key cards but they did ask for RM100 deposit fee which they will return upon check out. The condominium was clean and they actually provide mineral bottles for us. There were soaps and towels provided and coffee and tea.
I think the air-cond in my room was not cold and probably needs servicing, the towels were very thin and I would advice to bring your own towels. I find the bed a bit hard and had trouble sleeping or maybe cos I'm too pampered with my bed at home. I did have a hard time controlling the water heater.

Is spacious and clean
It didn't have a simple slipper and for children who wear shot pant can't go for swimming.

the pool was so strict and my son left unsatisfied cant he swim and the staff was not friendly
