Very friendly, no problems leaving bags behind. Comfy beds, quaint room, very clean. A Historic building located next to UNESCO heritage site, castle and Schiller's Garden House. Very good location to Museums and all city squares.
Provide two keys, can't think of anything we didn't like.

In a superb location, apartment was nice looking out back onto a great view.
The back up of extra parking just along the street was a big plus too.
Lastly the staff in the bar downstairs were really cool. If you like beer, try the konig pilsner.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Very nice atmosphere, very authentic. The staff is friendly, the trivial bottle of water in the room was a very nice bonus. The bed is very comfortable. The renovation is fresh and the style is wonderful. The room was very clean.
The bar downstairs is open until late, it was a little noisy a couple of times, but not enough to complain about.
