Villa San Marco has a private entrance and a small courtyard shared with the neighbours. We enjoyed having the place to ourselves. The bed was very comfortable and having the small kitchen was nice. The location felt local and quiet. There was an adorable three legged cat who would greet us most mornings.
Some minor things: Despite what the listing says, there is no washing machine in the studio. The shower is chaotic, no shelves for your toiletries and the shower faucet is hand held.

Very central with many facilities and restaurants nearby. Great communication from the host and lots of information regarding the area.
Quite a few steps to get there from the boat but it is very close so not terrible.

Gorgeous inside and out. Location worked perfectly. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked perfectly. Overall highly recommend

Pleasant place to stay and the lady was very friendly
The fact that it was up a million steps and no warning also it would have been nice if there was a microwave and perhaps some toiletries.
