Great location. Located on a lovely tree lined street but close to all the bars & restaurants of Kabukicho & Ichibancho.
Staff were nice.
Room was clean.
Our room was very small and very dated & in urgent need of a makeover.
The bed was very small & barely big enough for 2 people, but to be fair it was advertised as a small double bed so that's my mistake.

Good location, near a really turistic place. A bit far from the Sendai Station, but just 2 blocks from a Subway Station, accessible from Sendai Station, so not that bad. The price was really good for it's value.
Even though I know I booked a Smokers Room, because that was what it was disponible, the odor in the hallways was way too strong. At least in the room it wasn't that bad. There's no Coin Laundry near, you have to walk about 200 meters with you dirty clothes.

The staff were excellent. I had trouble with a bag delivery and they graciously fix the problem for me.
They were very helpful and friendly altogether.

Good location for a night or two in sendai. Close to shopping mall, train, and night-life
The entire place smelt like cigarettes. We bought a deodoriser and even that wasnt enough to combat the smell. It was in the lobby, elevator, halls, and room.
