Great place for solo or a family.

The appartment is in the perfect location, right at the beach center. It walking distance from both kata and karon beaches. The appartment is decent sized and has all the amenities. The gym is equipped for exercise and overall I live the place.

Good value & spacious apartment in perfect location near Kata beach

Good value for the money. We wanted to stay in Kata beach to try surfing, and though this place is on the other side of the beach where we want to be, it is reachable by taxi-app service ''indrive'' with 110-140THB one way, within 5mins. The apartment is spacious and pool is less crowded vs other hotels (we mostly had it to ourselves). There are also gym, table tennis facility and trampoline available. The apartment staff Egor arranged everything we asked for very quickly. Water, toilet paper, kitchen roll, towels, soap, dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent... and all other necessary things are provided. Supermarkets, shops, ATM, massage shops and restaurants...everything very accessible by foot or the taxi service. Highly recommended for the longer stays.

We love this place and would definitely come back again, but if to note which were not described clear to me on Booking.com: -the electricity is billed based on the meter: apparently approx 200THB/day -cleaning is once per week

Excellent hotel for vacation

This vacation was excellent! We booked the apartment in the last minute, and the staff were waiting for us in the night to check in. The hotel was as good as at the photos, very modern and clean. We had an apartment with one bedroom, living room and well-equipped kitchen, even with a dishwasher 👍🏻 nearby there were a lot of restaurants and a supermarket. From the pool area there was an incredible view on the Kata 😍 we enjoyed it in the evening when we were swimming. I would recommend this hotel for the family and couple vacation

Superb

I liked the location , the cleaness, and the facilities of the building. Egor was very responsive and nice to deal with . Flexibility to check in earlier and check out later .

Electricity has to be paid separately from the rate on booking. Towels are old and need to be replaced.

Great place (Bahut hi acha)

Good clean 3 bedroom apartment. Good location in kata. Very helpful owner and staff. Quiet a big place. Bahut hi acha unit hai.

Excellent location, great hosts, very we equipped apartment. The view from the balcony was gorgeous.

Sofa beds were sofas. Not the kind that can be converted into beds.

Really great spot

Excellent location. Closer to Kata beach, which we felt was better than Karon. The views from our room were outstanding. The room itself was modern and clean and th beds were comfortable. The pool is large and well looked after and has amazing daytime and nighttime views.

Excellent amenities and a great location

The amenities in the building were excellent. My family enjoyed the pool, fitness room, and the ping pong table. Our room provided plenty of space for our family of five. There was a washing machine in the unit, which was very helpful as we had been traveling for a while prior to our stay. Our hosts could not have been more kind; they made us feel like family.

Exceptional

Was very happy to book this place. Great clean place to stay, great location in Kata, close to stores and restaurants, close to beaches, 5 min to Kata beach and 7 min to Karon beach. Apartment had fully equipped kitchen with all appliances needed for the stay (fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer for clothes etc.). Service was great and all the questions were promptly answered and we have also got great advises about local area, activities etc. This is the place worth visiting again

Clean, spacious apartment with amazing view. Excellent facilities with swimming pool, table tennis, gym and a trampoline. Great location, with short walk to shops and Kata beach. Property manager, Dennis, exceedingly helpful and responsive.

Dennis made this stay super easy and enjoyable! loved all the amenities to use in the facility for a perfect day by the pool. apartment was super clean with brand new appliances! AC BLASTS!

property was overpriced compared to other properties we stayed in. Phuket itself was a big disappointment!

there was plenty of room in the room rented and the room had a washing machine for washing clothes

very steep driveway, to the property difficult to access for older people or people with young children. The water in the shower was not consistent temperature. Hot turns to cold erratically

Has potential to be great but in serious need of cleaning and repairs

The location is ideal for Kata and Karon beaches. There are lots of great places to eat nearby. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped.

The apartment was really not clean at all (see photos). There are lots of stains on furniture, floor and walls. The ceiling above the balcony is hanging off and there’s lots of old debris that’s been there a long time. The pool area is lovely but there was only one functional umbrella. The sunbeds are excellent but the cushions are very grubby. The bed linen has not been ironed and the bottom sheet was too small for the bed. There were only two pillows.

Great stay..Helpful friendly staff. excellent location great views from pool

friendly staff. sometimes I forgot my code to enter room. staff would come & open my door even after midnight. Rooms are very secure…. high standard of cleaning too

a lot of work going on in the property. very noisy in mornings . but it’s only for the best. I would definitely stay there again.

During the pandemic, Phuket was empty and off season. We were greeted on time and treated well.

Great location between Kata and Karon beaches. It is easy to walk to either beach or restaurants.
