The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for wedding accommodation.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean.

Close to wedding venue.
Room entrance door inside reception area with breakfast area adjacent; very noisy especially early in the morning.
Paid for early check-in and had no hot water for early shower before going out to a wedding. Water was warm late that night when we returned.
Safety concern: property is next to a very busy and noisy main road with crime incidents on that road well known; the gate motor did not work and gate could be pushed open by hand. Windows are burglar proofed but room door rickety and could easily be opened with a hard push.
No fridge in room.
Totally open plan room, no toilet privacy.
