The property was very quaint. The accommodation was very comfortable. The pool was very picturesque. Breakfast was exceptional. The presentation was fabulous. Dorian Was a very accommodating host.
It was my husband‘s 50th birthday. Dorian was very attentive and even set up a French cake with a candle at breakfast.
The lighting in the room needs to be brighter

The breakfast was a simple croissant/baguette and some meat and cheese. The coffee was good and so was the fruit juice. The pool was salinated and not chlorinated, which was great. It was very refreshing on a hot afternoon. The proprietors were also very good in providing hypoallergenic bed linen.
It could just be the Germanic way of the proprietors, but we didn't particularly feel welcome. Instead, we had a 20-30 minute introduction to all the regulations that we had to follow, from where to park to the place to put your pool towel. There were also documents in the room to make clear our legal obligations. We were also told not to turn on the air conditioner, since the weather had evidently cooled. It's clearly a money saving condition, but surely we as guests should decide whether we need the 'climatization'. Overall, we did not feel welcome, and thought that we were paying for the privilege to stay there!
