Comfortable and feel like home

It’s the safe area for staying alone. convenient for buying things by walk distance. Nice host who reply promptly and helpful. The kitchen units are good for cook myself.

A pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable, and easily accessible location. Highly recommended!

Location was great and within minutes walk of restaurants and shopping! The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The bedroom was comfy and the heating and AC worked quickly when adjusted. Previous tenants left some staples in the pantry, like salt and oil etc... which we forgot. So we appreciated that. Parking was private and just feet away from our front door - very convenient.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Great accommodations at a very good price!

The apartment was clean and well-arranged to maximize its small size.

Bed was hard (though I should note here that I'm very picky about beds). The ac return was in the bedroom, which made it really LOUD each time it turned on and off. I didn't realize there were neighbors/tenants upstairs, which made for some noisier evenings. However, that's not the owner's fault in the least.

Mixed views on owner but great location

The location in midtown was great, not far from the colourful crossing and a few places to eat and drink. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful. I appreciated the little bottles of water and the few condiments and spices in the cupboard. Nice little compact apartment off a main road.

I have travelled around the world and booked hotels and apartments through booking.com. I found this very underhanded how the price you search for and the price I paid was different making it less value for money. The host was quite responsive but not very flexible on having a place to store luggage (although did share links to places) or refund when the only way to ask a question about the price was to book. The air conditioning unit is so loud you couldn’t have it on while in the apartment, especially to sleep but there is a fan over the bed. While in the most part I felt safe as I was staying alone, it was frightening when a man half clothed banged on my door and was hovering outside. There was renovations happening opposite the apartment, even though I was on holiday I was never able to lie in as I got woken up with the noise, while I appreciate this is out of the control of the owner, I’d have appreciated the notice of this and might have factored into me booking.

Nice location, OK facilities, attentive host, but excessive noise in bedroom for sleeping

Convenient location, dedicated parking spot, and very nice and attentive host.

Excessive noise in bedroom. The A/C return vent (and 1.5 ton HEIL A/C handler) is just 4 ft from the head of the bed. Every time the unit turned on, the A/C unit and air suction noises would wake me. I would eventually fall asleep (and when turning off since on thermostat) but then wake up when the A/C turned on again. Didn't sleep well until I bought ear plugs. The nice host later informed me he had placed disposable ear plugs in the kitchen and a white noise machine in the bedroom. The A/C noise overpowers the white noise.

Pleasant, comfortable accommodations. Would definitely use again.

We really liked the area. We’ll kept neighborhood near downtown.

Overall, we liked the dwelling layout but think that the bedroom needs new flooring. Also,it would be nice to have shelf near bathroom sink for toiletries.

Our stay was great and the location was perfect.

The property looks just like the pictures and was clean with everything you need.

We had a small issue with the TV which was beyond the owners control. We took care of the issue as best we could. It worked out okay

Great little place for a European-style in-town stay.

The location was very convenient. The unit was well stocked in terms of the kitchen, bath, and bedroom linens. The host was very responsive.

The bathroom had little to no space to set toiletries while using them. The upstairs neighbors were polite and not exactly noisy, but some sound still transferred from the upstairs unit.

Overall, would love to stay there again.

Great place! Some necessities with towels, kitchen utilities, and more were provided which was nice.

The air conditioning most times was too cold and would randomly turn off and on. Besides that though everything was great.

Loved the location! We had family coming in from out of town and used this lovely place to house them while they were here. Very clean, comfortable bed and all the amenities they needed to feel right at home!

Affordable, Quiet, Located in a great Area!

The location was amazing. The apartment was cozy. Has a large tub/shower.. Very Quiet. The owner even allowed me to extend my stay last minute. He was very good at keeping me informed and when I had a question he responded quickly. I'd recommend this place to anyone!!!

The place was great but the host has no communication skill

The apt was clean and centrally located next to many restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and supermarkets. It's in a beautiful neighborhood that is safe. It also has a washer and dryer which is a huge plus. They have free parking. Kitchen is big.

Check-in was hell. The host didn't email me the check-in info. I didn't know which unit nor the code to get in. I had to call Booking customer service to get it resolved. I also had to request the $300 deposit from him a few days after checking out. I left the apt in good shape. He has no communication skill nor follow up skill.

Will use again if in town.

Location was convenient to walking to restaurants and mass transit. Good neighborhood to hang in and easy to get in and out of. Apartment was modern, good supplies.

Wifi issues not resolved. But minor issue. People above us were occasionally noisy with floor noise. Really was a very good space.

property was very clean. free parking in front of door. we had ground level unit (which we need)

bathroom was small (we are big) - and I’m not fond of shower curtains.
