About this villa rental

Located in Samos Prefecture, this attractive villa for $288 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Private holiday villa in Psili Ammos, Samos; a stunning, mountainous Greek island off the coast of Turkey. With 3 double bedrooms, private pool, WiFi and moments from several tavernas, a mini-market and one of the most desirable sandy beaches on the island, you'll have all you need for the perfect holiday on your doorstep. Just 20 minutes' drive from the airport, where you can pick up your hire car (on request) or take a taxi to the villa for around 20/25 euros. A car isn't essential as all you may need is in walking distance however we recommend hiring a vehicle to explore the island! There are many breathtaking walks, beaches and mountain bike trails to discover. The local beachfront tavernas, Almyriki, Psili Ammos Cafe and Vraxos, provide a wonderful variety of Greek cuisine. Relax with an ouzo at sunset and enjoy freshly caught fish and calamari. The local mini market provides the basics (milk, snacks, alcohol etc.) and there are several supermarkets, including Aldi, 10 mins' drive away. The beautiful harbour of Pythagorio is just 10 mins' by car, providing a mix of buzzy nightlife, restaurants, boat trips, shopping and watersports. Samos town is 20 mins' drive. Enjoy amazing restaurants, rooftop cocktail bars and the town square. You can leave your car safely in town to enjoy a few drinks and take a taxi back. Kokkari is a beautiful town and a must-see for shopping and harbourside dining! For the more adventurous, head further along the island to the majestic Potami waterfalls, then finish off your day relaxing at Hippy’s bar and restaurant with a delicious, beachside lunch. **IMPORTANT**: We are required by Greek Law (Law 4389/2016) to submit the name, nationality, and passport number (or ID card) of the booking person to the tax authorities. Failure to do so results in high fines for us therefore we must ask you to provide this information prior to your arrival. All guests must provide their passport number prior to their arrival. If you are not okay with this, please do not book!

Ideal location with nearby sand beach. Perfect water for children. A car is necessary to buy some food in a bigger super market. A mini market is directly across the villa and offers some basic food. Air conditioning works efficiently. Pool is very clean and is getting cleaned 2 times a week. The nearby restaurants ( Amiryki) offers delicious food to a fair price. 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella at the beach cost 8€ a day and include a perfect service for drinks and food.

La villa è situata in un stupenda posizione,ècompleta di ogni comfort necessario per una vacanza rilassante. Perfetta per 3 coppie. Là zone esterna è molto accogliente, terrazza e piscina sono splendide! La padrona di casa Diane ha suggerito degli ottimi consigli per traascorrere una splendida vacanza.

The property was very clean and had good sized rooms. The kitchen and living areas were roomy and comfortable. The swimming pool was a good size and the balcony was large and cool in the heat of the day. The climate in Samos was perfect with cooling winds during the day. The swimming pool and balcony located at the front of the property had the sun from dawn to dusk. A lovely location a 'stone's throw' from the sandy beach and tavernas. The owners of the shop across from the villa were extremely friendly and helpful. We certainly felt that both the island of Samos and the villa were one of the best locations we have stayed in to date. We are in no doubt that we will return in the future.
