Rovinj is a beautiful place and the apartment s very nice.

The apartment is very nice, spacy and has a little green terace. It is close to the city center and to the botanical garden with nice beaches.

Great location, modern ground-floor property perfect for a couple

Dolores was the perfect host. Always available to help out whenever needed, she is so kind and friendly and eager to make us feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. The apartment is impeccably clean, well-equipped and in a great location, just a short 10-minute walk from the centre of Rovinj. Highly recommendable🤩

Exceptional

We had a spacious apartment, a large bathroom, a beautiful garden, parking in the yard, and we were very close to the city center. Most importantly, the landlady Dolores was very warm-hearted.

We have no complaints.

Exceptional

Dolores met us when we arrived, showed us around the apartment, and answered any questions we had regarding Rovinj. The property is really pretty with a private garden, and the apartment itself is exceptionally well-equipiped with a nice kitchen, sitting area, modern bathroom and amazingly comfortable bed. Free private parking on-site is an added bonus, and the walk into the old town takes less than 10 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rovinj, which is also a good hopping off point for Pula, Porec or the hill towns. Would highly recommend Villa Dolores and love the red colour scheme!

Private terase.

I would not stay there again. We stopped there for 4 nights during our tourist crawl through Istria. The host was not helpfull when I need to stay on wi-Fi for the urgent on-line meeting 1 hour after check out till 11 (even on the floor outside of the apartment, so the apartment was ready for cleaning). Very unusual and unfriendly. I am straggling to be kind tourist with respect to the apartment and the host and I expect the same from the host.

Excellent stay

The accommodation is well located, short walking distance from the center. There is a beautiful garden with a grill place and a nice terrace. Apartment is well equipped and very tidy. Dolores is very kind &helpful. Any questions answered immediately. Absolutly recommend this place.

Very big rooms, kitchen very well equipped, private parking lot (incl. in price), comfortable bedroom bed, also couch was fine, air condition, lovely terrace, huge bathroom, very very clean, fresh towels

Exceptional location, walking distance from City Centre, super clean and private

We loved our stay, we booked the two houses for five people (maybe in six people it would have been a bit less comfortable) and we have had a great stay. We could use the whole garden outside and the space was very private. We appreciated the possibility of parking the car inside and the house was also at 6/7 min walking distance from Rovinj centre. Lovely staff, super clean and there was everything we needed. Definitely recommended!

Recommended for couples.

Super terrace with nice vegetation, on a very quiet location, close (600m walk only) to the center. Own parking lot in the garden next to the apartment. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen (no microwave), new kitchenware.
