About this apartment rental
The condo is located on the South side of PV, a beautiful area set between ocean and luscious green hillside, a 5-10 min drive to town; walking, shopping, dinning, night life & beaches; Peace and relaxation when you want it, and the activity of the town, just a short drive or bus/taxi ride away.
The condo has a very serene, relaxing feeling, set on a scenic terrace overlooking the ocean, and the town. A queen size bed on each of the 2 bdrms. full kitchen for cooking & entertaining.

A nice place to chill and relax. Definitely the smallest 2BR we’ve ever stayed in but it’s cozy. Concrete style furniture and bedding with padded cushions and mattresses. It’s older but comfortable enough and there aren’t enough good things to say about the view and the sound of the waves at night. It’s about 10 minutes back and forth to the romantic zone and there’s a variety of transportation options. It’s much cooler on the water than in the town. We were here for 6 weeks in March and April and never needed to use the A/C. The building to the immediate right had a party the first weekend of every month so there was loud music sometime to the wee hours of the morning. The caretaker Juan was prompt about getting us drinking water when needed and he keeps the pool and outdooor areas very clean.
The pool isn’t used that often and it definitely isn’t heated - we found it quite cool. The hot tub takes a long time to get hot so we called it the not so hot tub.

The condo was really clean. We loved the pool which was cleaned daily. We had it to ourselves most of the time. We saw whales, dolphins and manta rays while sitting on the patio. Communication with the host and the property manager was excellent. We highly recommend staying at this property and will not hesitate to book it again.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the view is spectacular. The washer/dryer is a great amenity since we stayed almost 2 weeks. The apartment opens directly onto the pool deck so is very convenient for swimming, sunning or hanging out and listening to the ocean. This location is literally a 6 minute drive to the Zona Romanrica and the bus comes by every 15 minutes is you choose to take the bus. Alma (and Hector) are very responsive and replied to texts almost immediately. We had a great time here!

Elizabeth & Gabriel were great hosts! I would give them a 10+. The until looks just as it was presented. The unit was very cute and recently painted and updated. The pool was right outside the unit and most of the time we had it completely to ourselves. It’s close to a bus stop, so it is convenient to run downtown day or night. We enjoyed watching whales and dolphins almost every morning. We also enjoyed watching the large black lizards on the hillside. For the most part, it was very quiet and enjoyable. Our last couple of days were challenging due to the neighboring condo’s renters playing loud music. Again, that was only two nights out of the month, and I’m sure very unusual.
