Nestled in Nimes, this lovely villa for $304 per night is a great option for your next trip. Serenaded by the cicadas, rest under the pines while the children have fun in the pool. The wooded and fenced park (3000 m2 without screws) offers an incredible space of freedom and the very large, and heated swimming pool 11x5 m (enough to play Water Polo!), delicately treated with seasalt will refresh you without irritating the skin. Its large steps with a beach suitable for very young children allows moms to look at them while being in the water sipping a cool drink. For your peace of mind the swimming pool is secured by a roller shutter. The ball field skilfully placed in the shade of the pines promises you long wild parts and the ping pong table will see parents and children compete. Mountain bikes are available for the most courageous ones who will discover by pedaling the surrounding garrigue You will spend long evenings on the large terraces chatting with a good glass of regional wine while the children take their last bath or play quietly. We absolutely loved this beautiful, spacious house. Dominique was so helpful and welcomed us to explain about the house, and was always available to answer any questions straight away. The house is perfect - very clean, light and well appointed, and much thought and care has gone into making this a truly excellent home.
The house is situated in a very private area, and the garden is large and peaceful. We sat in the garden by the pool and watched dragonflies, red squirrels, butterflies and looked over the trees below to see kestrels, buzzards and swallows ... we felt very sad to leave.

The villa offers everything you could wish for. It is very high quality and perfectly equipped. The pool is beautiful and also the own Boccia court is a lot of fun. The service by Dominique is perfect. She is so helpful and very quick in contact. We loved the stay.

Tres agreable sejour au calme dans une maison agréable à vivre
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la maison où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et où nos petits bouts de 4 ans ont adoré la grande piscine et les grands espaces. Une vraie déconnexion avec Dominique toujours disponible si besoin. Du pur plaisir pour tous dans un quartier nîmois
tres calme et dans une superbe région avec beaucoup de choses à voir à moins d'1 heure de voiture. Merci Dominique.

Un rêve !
Parfait ! Aucun autre qualificatif ne pourrait mieux décrire notre séjour. Propreté parfaite, piscine énorme, superbe maison et propriétaire des plus aimables. Nous n’avons aucun point négatif à signaler. 110% de recommandation.

La villa est superbe.
La villa est superbe. A peine installé, nous nous y sentons merveilleusement bien. De beaux volumes, une décoration chaleureuse et soignée, une propreté irréprochable font que cette maison procure un sentiment d'apaisement. Le parc est magnifique, très bien entretenu avec une immense piscine à 28 degrés. Tout y est ! C'est encore plus grand et plus joli en vrai que sur les photos. Nous avons l'habitude de louer des maisons l'été mais jamais nous n'avons trouvé tous ces éléments réunis.
C'est notre deuxième séjour chez Dominique toujours aussi accueillante disponible et pleine de belles attentions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

A toutes les personnes intéressées par un séjour tranquille en famille, proche de la ville dans un quartier calme...
Cette maison est vaste, confortable au milieu des cygales. Nous avons passé un séjour avec des amis, nous étions quatre adultes et trois enfants de moins de quatre ans. Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables !
Un très grand merci à Dominique qui est particulièrement agréable et très à disposition.
Les pièces sont grandes, les lits confortables, la cuisine très bien équipée...comme à la maison. Nous retournerons chez Dominique avec plaisir et rejouissance.

Très belle villa de luxe / Very nice luxury villa
La maison est très agréable et spacieuse avec un grand salon, terrasse et jardin. Il est situé dans un grand jardin avec beaucoup de soleil et des zones ombragées. Dans un endroit très calme avec beaucoup d'intimité et à seulement 15 minutes du centre de Nîmes. Il-y-a beaucoup d'activités pour faire une grande piscine, un terrain de pétanque (jeu de boules) et de tennis de table. La maison est équipée avec goût et luxe. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L'hôtesse Dominique Belin est très sympathique et serviable. Merci encore pour l'accueil amical. Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison en Septembre 2019.
The house is very nice and spacious with a large living room, terrace and garden. It is set in a large garden with plenty of sun and shaded areas. In a very quiet location with lots of privacy and only 15 minutes from the center of Nîmes. There are plenty of activities to do a large swimming pool, a petanque (jeu de boules) field and table tennis. The house is tastefully and luxuriously equipped. The kitchen is very well equipped. The hostess Dominique Belin is very friendly and helpful. Thanks again for the friendly welcome. We stayed 2 weeks in the house in September 2019.

Weekend de rêve et de repos absolu
La maison est absolument magnifique et elle ne manque de rien. De plus, elle est d'une rare propreté. Nous n'avons encore jamais loué une maison aussi propre et aussi bien entretenue.
Que dire des parties extérieures… Une immense et magnifique piscine à 28°C qui était très agréable pour nous rafraîchir et passer des moments inoubliables avec nos enfants, une pinède en guise de jardin qui nous donne l'impression d'être seuls dans la nature, avec comme bonus, les petits écureuils qui, chaque jour, venaient boire ou tout simplement se promener ou sauter d'arbre en arbre. Quelle joie pour nos enfants!
Toujours souriante , Dominique fait preuve d’une immense gentillesse et d’un grand professionnalisme.
Nous pourrions en dire encore beaucoup sur notre weekend passé mais cela nous rend un peu nostalgiques. Nous pensons déjà à nos vacances d'été 2020 et nous espérons pouvoir réitérer notre séjour dans cette belle villa.

Des vacances ensoleillées pour toute la famille
Très jolie demeure située dans un cadre tranquille non loin du centre de Nìmes. Domaine spacieux offrant à lui seul déjà de nombreuses possibilités de détente: piscine, boules, hamac, tennis de table..... Jolies excursions à faire dans les environs. Acceuil parfait et jovial de la propriétaire, très engagée pour resoudre de façon efficace et rapide quelques problems mineurs. À recommender!

A perfect home from home
Dominique was a superb host and was very hospitable. She made us feel very welcome and left us some kind gifts which were all delicious and much appreciated. The house is very spacious with a huge living area, terrace and garden. It was a very peaceful location which was not overlooked. We enjoyed the pétanque pitch and table tennis as well as the lovely pool. Inside the house was stylish and very well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and despite us being here on the hottest day recorded in France,, the house kept at a comfortable temperature throughout. We have had such a restful and enjoyable week and hope to return. Je vous remercie Dominique de votre gentillesse et hospitalité. Votre maison est vraiment superbe.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La villa, la piscine, le jardin sont magnifiques. Les photos et descriptions sont fidèles à la réalité. L'équipement procure tout ce qui est nécessaire.
La villa est fort agréable et au calme. La situation très proche de la ville de Nîmes est aussi avantageuse car elle permet en quelques minutes de profiter des facilités de cette très belle ville.

Très agréable
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison en famille avec des enfants. Les chambres sont bien distribuées, la pièce à vivre est immense et il y a plusieurs coins repas possibles en fonction de la chaleur. La piscine a bien naturellement été appréciée de tous!
La situation de la maison est idéale pou rayonner sur Nîmes même, Uzès, le Pont du Gard,... Et l'endroit est calme.
Merci à Dominique aussi pour ses cadeaux de bienvenue...

Séjour très agréable dans une belle villa
Nous sommes revenus pour la deuxième fois dans cette très belle villa et nous sommes toujours ravis. Tout est fait pour que l on se sente le mieux possible et c est le cas. La propriétaire est toujours aux petits soins et très réactive pour quoi que ce soit et on l a remercié. Nous pensons même y revenir et profiter encore de ce tres beau cadre et surtout de la piscine tant on s est amusé.

De belles vacances!
Nous tenions à remercier Dominique pour cette semaine de vacances dans sa belle demeure.
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, du point de vue de la villa qui est fonctionnelle et très propre à notre arrivée, d'une piscine qui est encore plus belle en vrai qu'en photo, et surtout le système de marches qui sont larges et qui permettent de se prélasser au soleil tout en étant assis ou allongé sur celles-ci. Pas de nuisances sonores, ni de vis à vis sur la piscine et un parc très beau avec un écureuil qui est venu nous rendre visite le matin et parfois le soir.
Des chambres spacieuses avec une literie qui , pour ma part, m'a parfaitement convenu.
Dominique est une personne qui veut que ses locataires ne pensent qu'aux vacances, elle a été notre ange gardien avant notre départ, durant toute la semaine et même jusqu'à notre départ.
Un grand merci Dominique pour tout.

Superbe séjour
5/5 !!! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle propriété au calme et sans vis-à-vis. Petits et grands ont adoré. Le cadre est somptueux avec un grand jardin et une grande piscine. Il y a de nombreux divertissements: table de ping-pong, terrain de boules, trampoline... La cuisine est fonctionnelle, le barbecue est à charbon, et il y a la climatisation. La maison est moderne et confortable tout en gardant son authenticité. Nous conseillons cette propriété pour des vacances familiales et/ou entre amis (bon rapport qualité/prix). De plus, elle est très bien située (au calme mais proche du centre-ville et des halles).

Nous avons passé des vacances de reve dans cette villa trés bien concue,trés propre et un agencement exterieur magnifique.Trés grande, trés moderne et trés bien equipée ou tout le monde trouve son bonheur.Nous pensons y retourner et merci a la proprietaire qui repond rapidement aux demandes .Je conseille vivement cette location.

Superbes vacances dans cette spacieuse et conforta
Accueil très agréable et on se sent immédiatement chez soi dans cette vaste et belle villa. Confort moderne, espaces généreux, nos deux familles ont pleinement profité de l'infrastructure ainsi que de la superbe piscine.

Excellent lieu de villégiature
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre amis, dans cette propriété qui offre tout le confort nécessaire. Maison spacieuse et très bien distribuée, ce qui a permis à chaque famille d'avoir son indépendance. Idéale avec de jeunes enfants (piscine sécurisée, trampoline, balançoire...). La propriétaire est vraiment charmante et serviable (le hamac s'est cassé pendant notre séjour et elle l'a immédiatement remplacé).
La maison est dans un lotissement au calme, à 10min en voiture du centre de Nimes. C'est une excellente adresse qui justifie sans problème son tarif.

Accueil très sympathique, maison très agréable pour les enfants comme pour les parents. L'intérieur de la maison très fonctionnel et joli, l'extérieur très plaisant avec un magnifique jardin avec des pins et oliviers, le chant des cigales, une très chouette piscine, chaises longues, jeux pour les enfants...
Proche de Nîmes et bien située pour faire différentes activités (mer, accrobranche, balades à cheval, jolis villages, canoë, etc).
Une adresse où l'on passe de superbes vacances à coup sûre!
