About this apartment rental
This is probably the best apartment in Cascais. It is a Penthouse with unobstructed views of Cascais and the whole coastline for miles. The terrace completely surrounds the property and provides fantastic 360 views, on a clear day from the bridge in Lisbon to Sintra. Only a short walk from Cascais town center, several restaurant areas and beaches. Two double bedrooms downstairs sleep 4.
The features include the double shower inside encased in glass in the bathroom, the outside rain shower on the terrace, the Jacuzzi bath inside, the separate dressing area for the master bedroom upstairs, the cable and satellite television, all mod cons in the kitchen, the cupboards stocked with numerous kitchen appliances, the marble floors and tiles in the bathrooms, the five flat screen televisions, a double sunbed and sun loungers. there's also use of a shared pool. A separate gym in the apartment block on the ground floor is available for a membership fee of 25 euros per week.
This apartment has been fully renovated (finished April 2023) with new mezzanines, flooring, underfloor heating, curtains, wardrobes, staircases & smart TV's.

We loved this place and immediately wanted to go back (or just stay!). The apartment is stunning inside and out. TVs in every room and a pool table, although unless the weather is poor, why would you want to be inside and not taking in the views.Nick and Patricia were excellent hosts and very responsive before, during and after our stay.Cascais itself is wonderful - a charming resort, very friendly, cool and cosy with touches of luxury. Highlights for us were the promenade walk to Estoril; train ride into Lisbon with a circular vintage tram (streetcar) tour; dolphin watching RIB trip from Cascais marina; and some lovely meals. Head for the area around Clandestina (restaurant) and you will find loads. We don't really do beaches, but the ones we saw were shallow and sandy and right next to all the usual amenities. The shared pool serving the apartment is really big and is peaceful and respected by other residents with strict rules in place on numbers of guests for residents.In terms of the more mundane stuff, the apartment is very well equipped, with a decent little supermarket (small version of Continente) across the road which sells fresh bread, along with the bakery at the ground floor of the building. For bigger shops, there is a new branch of Pingo Doce within a km, which is really nice.We will definitely be back in Cascais and hopefully at this apartment.

Fabulous apartment with stunning views!We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s apartment. The place is even more impressive in person — the terrace overlooking the town and sea is absolutely breathtaking. We spent many hours relaxing there and watching the sunrise and sunsets.The apartment is spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the pool table was a fun bonus. We also loved the location — just an easy 10‑15 minute walk to the main shops, restaurants and town beaches.Nick was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and the housekeeper, Patricia, was incredibly helpful during check‑in.We will definitely be back!

The property was spotless and everything worked really well. Patricia was a wonderful local host, even making reservations for our first night's dinner when we arrived late at a restaurant in her neighborhood so that we made sure to get in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it!

The views are excellent. The host and his manager were very responsive with any questions and concerns. Easy to work with. The kitchen was very well supplied. The location was walkable to everything you may want or need. I did not have a car, so cannot comment on parking.There were no electrical receptacles in the master bath, creating a somewhat awkward situation, but we managed. Would definitely stay again when the next visit to Cascais comes around on the calendar.
