Host was friendly and responsive when we had questions. The ammenities were in good condition, clean and as advertised. The loction was close to eveything you would want to do but renting a car is a very good idea. I would happliy stay there again.

Good price for the room. Nothing fancy, but you get pretty much everything you need. Relatively close to beaches and a few of the hotels, but there aren't any sidewalks, so walkability is low (although most of the island is the same way). You definitely need to rent a car if you're staying here unless you want to walk 20 minutes to get to anywhere to eat. Although, there is a very nice bistro next door. Overall good experience, but if you're expecting a hotel experience, this is not it.
