Sauberkeit ist sehr schlecht

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und ist zu Fuß 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Unterkunft bietet kostenloses gekühltes Trinkwasser und die kostenlose Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen. Auf Anfragen reagierte der Besitzer schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Sauberkeit meines Zimmers war sehr schlecht. Es waren sehr viele Haare von unterschiedlichen Personen auf dem Bett und im Badezimmer zu finden. Das Badezimmer roch fürchterlich und die Klobürste sah unfassbar ekelig aus, als wäre sie 20 Jahre nicht gewechselt worden. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und quietsche bei kleinsten Bewegungen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert zwar gut, aber während ich im Bett lag, fing sie an komische Geräusche zu machen und auf einmal lief mir Wasser auf den Kopf, welches aus der Klimaanlage kam..

Overall homestay need to be overhaul

Poor cleanliness, utility inside room and toilet need to be replace, bed and pillow poor quality.

The front desk guy was really nice and helpful. It was right by the riverwalk and fairly inexpensive.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke multiple times because the guest next door was smoking in his room. The front desk guy was very apologetic, but it was a small room so the smell was quite nauseating. Our room also didn't have any windows.

cleaner did not properly clean the bathroom as the drain contained hair leftover from previous guest & towels got smell.

Owner was nice and helpful, location is near to all trendy places and parking is convenient.

Room was generally clean however there are some spiders and their webs around the ceiling so it is quite uncomfortable for an arachnophobic person like me

Great location to the centre with easy walking along the river. The bed was clean.

Only the bed was clean, everywhere else needed a really good scrub. Thought I'd dropped something under the bed, hasn't been cleaned under there in years and lots of sweet wrappers. Inconsiderate person staying in the room opposite arguing with partner and on the phone till 1am on both nights we stayed. Although owner can't really do much in the evening it was very audible in the day too.

Cleanliness Need Improvement...

The location was good and I think should be enough parking space. Room space should be ok with the price.

Cleanliness was poor, even though the bed was clean, but the floor a lot of hair strings & furniture was very dusty. I have to clean the bathroom by myself before use it. Toilet bowl & sink was slimy.

The room (No 9) is not suitable to stay. Bathroom so smelly.. atleast clean & paint all the watermark stain at wall. Ventilation fan.. OMG.. So regret not to check the room first before make payment. I dont mind if no tv in the room, or small room.. i know we only paid for RM65.. but at least we get a clean & nice smell room. Hope that owner can take action on this.

-Location is good -Accept last minute booking -Price wise cheapest among others last min booking -water pressure is good

-The room could have been better with a good ventilation, bcs it's quite smelly. I think bcs of the carpet. Maybe can do just a little makeover. Then I would have been very satisfied.

location not too far from Ipoh city center some local buisness very close by owner is super nice and friendly

Affordable enough for a stay.

Location wise is on point. The rate is affordable and I'm a satisfied customer. Definitely with repeat the stay here. Overall experience is good. Since I'm just for a stay n get a good night rest it's OK.

For a light sleeper need to used earplug since can hear people doing there stuff.
