Had a nice time away got to climb Snowdon the location was great

Hot tub and the view

It wasn’t clean and lack of basic supplies. No hand wash in the bathroom. No milk or cooking oil the cupboards and appliances were empty, for the price should have had a welcome pack. There were no finishing touches to make it feel homely

Lovely welcoming stay

Lovely cottage, Staff were so helpful and made us both feel really welcome. Log burner was great.

Our only criticism but maybe it's just us....but it would be amazing if there was even a tiny bit of milk provided and even just a couple of tea bags for initial arrival after a long journey in the car a brew before going off to the shops to get a food shop in would be marvellous. But I know it was self catering but that would be our only gripe even if it increased the cost slightly. Hot tub maybe could have been slightly warmer but again that might be our personal preference.

Summer hols 2023

Location was good as was the owner who kept us updated with a power cut due to bad weather and was on hand to reset fuse that tripped out 2 or 3 times one day. Hot tub was very good.

Wasn't as clean as expected to be honest. The ratten furniture in the garden on the picture was dirty. The BBQ was filthy and rusty and unusable. A separate BBQ was offered in the welcome pack although this came with a cost. Log burner available but didn't use as weather was warm enough although logs came at a price. For price we paid we would really expect logs and BBQ to be free.

Poor would not go there again

Lay out ,hot tub dish washer

Stained bed sheets ,burnt left dirty frying pan fridge froze up ruined my eggs no heating in bathroom toilet brush broken, toaster blo the fuse in kitchen cold floors settees uncomfortable kept slipping off it , quilts on beds too heavy, managed to get heating on with difficulty ,

Superb location, very relaxing holiday.

Fantastic location, easy to explore the island. Only 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket and places to eat. The hot tub, while not on the top of our priority list, was lovely.

We had a really relaxing time at The Cottage, just what we all needed.

The cottage was lovely. Very relaxing. Perfect location. We drove to a different location every day and visited amazing beaches. It had everything we needed. We had barbecue’s for tea. My kids loved the hot tub and the yard outside was lovely to sit out in. There’s a washing machine which was great. The shower was powerful. I’d love to stay in the winter so we could use the log burner. We where blessed with lovely weather. We’ll definitely be back. I would 100% recommend staying here. The hosts where very friendly too. My boys loved the chickens.

Excellent venue in a great location on a fantastic island.

This is an annex to the main property where the hosts live, but is private and separate enough to feel like you are in your own domain. Everything "worked" and there was nothing missing that you could ever need and the hot tub was amazing too. Very good curry house up the road (10 mins walk)- Benllech tandoori- they are from Nepal and make excellent dishes comparable with any other good curry venue in the UK. The carvery at the Bull Inn in nearby Pentraeth is also excellent quality and value.

the only constructive criticism I could offer is to have some solar lights in the patio area- it seems a bit soulless once it goes dark.

A lovely cottage, hot tub was brill, we loved it! Thanks!

The property was perfect for us, comfortably fitting 4 of us, a baby and 2 dogs. A great location, 5 mins from Benllech with plenty of lovely walks around. The owners were very accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Cottage, would stay again if Anglesey was on the cards

From the second we walked in the door, it was warm and cosy. The cottage is beautifully decorated, it was very homely. Well equipped kitchen, had everything we needed and more. Sally & Gary are a lovely couple, very friendly and approachable. Thank you both, we loved it x

would highly recommend - hot tub was fab - every intention of booking again

very comfortable - homely and inviting - was able to relax immediately

fed back to owner that a shower mat and handrail in shower cubicle was necessary for safety reasons especially for less mobile could not lock bathroom door - lock/bolt broken

Great location with hot tub, but a tired cottage in need of some TLC

The location was a great base to explore Anglesey. my daughters also loved the hot tub.

The cottage was tired and looked like it is in need of a deep clean, as there were spiders and cobwebs everywhere. The kitchen needs renewing, with one door looking like it was falling off. The bedrooms are squash and a squeeze

The Cottage was comfortable and very well equipped There was 4 of us and we all had plenty of room.

There was.nothing not to like.We could even buy fresh eggs every day for breakfast from the chickens they had on the farm We could see the chickens from our bedroom window.4 adults and plenty of parking for 2 car's

Stunning cosy cottage

Lovely cosy cottage especially with the log burner on cold winter nights. The hot tub was an added bonus. The cottage had everything you needed, and Sally the owner was lovely. Always around if you needed anything. Very friendly and welcoming. Excellent location. Will definetly be returning.

There was nothing not to like. The property was perfect.

It was wonderful - we’ll be back for sure

The inside is well decorated and well presented with a modern farm house feel to it. The property is secluded and whilst it was attached the hosts house and had a caravan park close by you wouldn’t have known it, It was very quiet during our stay. The hot tub was a really nice addition that felt private when we were in it. Being at the house really felt like home even though we were only there for a short time. We’ll definitely be coming back.

There’s not a lot to dislike about the property the only thing I’d say is on occasions the fridge is noisy.

Disappointing

Log Burner

Was a lovely place but on two occasion the male property owner popped his head over the fence to speak to us in the hot tub and hanged around for at least 10minutes, which as a young woman made me feel uncomfortable and actually made me not want to use the hot tub again. It happened again the following night. I just think you go away to relax and the cost of the 2 night stay was expensive anyway but not worth the cost when you don't have privacy.
