Close to airport and ok venue and price
We had a spider and earwig in the room. The room looked apparently clean (bedsheets and pillows were ok) but the towels, bathroom and even the spare toilet paper did not seem entirely clean and that was off putting. I think the room has not been entered and aired for a long time hence the spider and centipede, which could have come from the open window we had because the air in the room was so stiff and had a paint smell. Staff was answering questions but on a scolding tone as if I was the one who sent the wrong information.
