Tides, a spectacular and unique apartment in Horizon View: * The largest 2 bed apartment within Horizon View * Unique wrap around balcony with direct sea, estuary and distant views of Exmoor * Benefitting from Sunshine on the balcony all morning until lunch time * Offers FULL 240 degree views * Largest kitchen by far with SMEG fridge freezer and 40 bottle WINE COOLER * Three sets of patio windows onto the balcony * Master bedroom with direct sea views and 46" TV * Largest Living/Dining area with leather settees, wifi 49" TV and Swivel Cuddler Chair SEE OUR OTHER APARTMENT - REFLECTIONS - REF: 4116121 A two bedroom, two bathroom, a FOURTH floor luxury modern apartment in Horizon View with some of the most spectacular panoramic view available in Devon. Tides is UNIQUE in offering both direct sea views, estuary views and views across the village to Appledore with Exmoor in the distance. Tides is on the far Eastern side of the building with the largest L shape balcony within the complex. It benefits from morning sun until lunch time. Apart from having THREE sets of double doors onto the balcony it has a large porthole window to the side, offering fantastic views and even more natural light. The kitchen is again the largest in the complex with granite work tops, induction hob, microwave, feature lime green SMEG fridge freezer and plenty of storage. There is a solid oak dining table with four leather chairs where you can take in the spectacular views while having your meal. The master bedroom has a 5ft king size bed, built in wardrobes, solid oak chest of drawers, tv and en-suite. The second bedroom is at the rear of the complex and has two 3ft single beds. A washer dryer, high quality towels and bed linen are included. There is a secure underground car park with a lift to all floors, security gates and doors with video entry system. A huge living area with TWO sets of French doors onto the balcony with direct views over Bideford Bay, the village, estuary, exmoor and Appledore. There is a 49" TV with Freesat and DVD. There is also a wide selection of DVDs to choose from. The main living area has two three piece leather settees with coffee tables and rugs. There is a separate area which has a huge tub chair where you can take in the fantastic views while reading, relaxing or just having a drink. Lie in the master bedroom and enjoy morning tea taking in the immediate view of the beach from under the duvet! NOTE - not all Horizon View apartments have a master bedroom overlooking the sea.

The apartment is beautiful and is exactly as seen in the photographs. We were welcomed by James who showed us around and explained everything to us. The welcome gifts of prosecco and carrot cake were much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning soon.

Loved the view from this apartment and the comfy big chairs on the balcony which were well used! The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. James met us on arrival and went through everything that we needed to know making sure we knew we could contact him at any time if we had any problems. Would certainly consider returning.

The main thing we enjoyed about this property was the location. The views were outstanding across the beach and the park and meant you could totally relax on holiday.
For those visiting I would recommend Morans (Thai restaurant) for a meal.

The apartment and view are stunning-could have just stayed in and watched the tide coming in and out all day. Apartment so comfortable and well equipped and a lovely welcome from James. Will definitely stay here again.

Well appointed and spacious flat with the most amazing sea views. Had a lovely stay. James was very welcoming and the bubbly and cake were such a treat. Some good local eateries very close by and lots of good walks.

The apartment was modern, spacious and very clean. The sea views were amazing. In lovely weather the large balcony would be a lovely place to eat and sit and relax.

Location was perfect for a peaceful get away....the only noise was the waves! James was amazing and so helpful. Just perfect...totally recommend, whatever your reason for stay.

This unit is perfectly located to: walk around Westwood Ho, tackle the coastal walk or just walk/look and enjoy the beach. It is an easy drive to Exmoor National Park and highlights of North Devon such as the Valley of the Rocks, as well as gorgeous Appledore and Clovelly. James is a perfect host and the unit is a superb holiday getaway.

Tides is a lovely flat in a stunning location. The views are amazing and the constantly changing tide on the beach gives many different vistas. The apartment has so much space and while being central is still very peaceful and quiet. The balcony is wide enough for yoga, it’s a great place to practise.
The location is perfect for the town and the costal path. Parking is very easy. I would recommend Tides to anyone, it’s a great place for a holiday.

A fantastic 5 days spent in this wonderful apartment. Spotlessly clean with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The views overlooking the sea are breathtaking, we certainly made use of the balcony. A number of excellent cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk so rarely needed to take the car anywhere adding to my relaxation. I genuinely would have loved to stay for a few weeks/months or even longer
Communication from James from the moment of booking to greeting us on arrival has been excellent.
We will most definitely be back next year

James, the owner really nice guy, met us at the property and give us the tour explaining security of building, parking, and recommendations of local sights and eateries etc.
The apartment itself was exemplary, perfectly presented, fully equipped and the views from the 4th floor patio doors and balcony were breathtaking.
James had left us a small welcome pack, which was gratefully received - thanks very much.
Would we recommend this apartment? Absolutely. Would we go back again? We certainly would, in fact we have already booked for next year.

A perfect place to stay.
We had a really lovely holiday. The apartment has everything you could possibly want while away, and amazing views.
James was the perfect host, and greeted us on arrival, which was extremely helpful.
The close proximity of all Westward Ho can offer is great, and the surrounding area has a huge amount to offer for every one.
I would thoroughly recommend this gem of a place.
