Great place! Clean and great view from balcony. Parking was right in front of building. Beach was sooo very beautiful and close enough of a drive.
Everything was positive other than one MINOR inconvenience - the pan that we wanted to cook on was horribly scratched and unusable. Managed on a two smaller ones (understand it may have been overlooked accidently).

The whole apartment felt new, very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to come back to and relax after a long day. The owners were very flexible and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for everything!

The host, Astrid, was flexible, kind, and had good communication skills (in English). We were able to reach her easily by phone and based on her information we were able to easily enter the apartment (they live in the apartment by the way, but she was at work). Modern apartment with a very nice view of the sea from the apartment on the 1st floor. There was enough parking space for the apartments. The glass wall of the terrace allows you to see the sea even from the sofa. Quiet street, up on the hill. It is worth going down to the beach by car, where there is free parking at the end of the street. The apartment is adequately equipped. Clothes drying rack on the terrace, enough towels and kitchen towels are provided, which were changed mid-week. We arrived with a small dog, who was welcomed. Beautiful beaches, pebbly, rocky, crystal clear water. We even found a shady area between 10-11 am. The dog beach was a little further away, but there was no problem with the presence of dogs on the shore at the nearby beaches (but ours doesn't like swimming in the sea anyway). Bigger shops, markets, kind old town with an amazing view are in Labin (10 minutes by car).
We were really satisfied (it might be worth putting some kind of shadow foils on the front door so that the stairwell light that comes on at night doesn't filter in as much, but it is just a recommendation).
