Very open and quiet. Everything was good except the bedding. There were blood stains on the duvet cover, pillow and mattress cover. The pillows gave us allergies.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The house was clean and quiet and in a nice location. The beds were comfy. We saw a lot of deer which was exciting for the kids. There’s a school nearby with a really fun playground that’s open to the public on weekends. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Beautiful house with a beautiful yard! Met the owners right off the bat, very, very nice people. which makes it very difficult to say anything negative. But, with such a nice home it's too bad that cheap paper products and dull knives dropped our rating down a notch. One of the reasons I rent a house instead of a hotel room, is that we can cook our meals instead of eating every meal out. Being a chef, sharp knives make all the difference in the world. 1 ply TP and cheap paper towels and not a kleenex in the place. Such little things like that shouldn't be scrimped on and do make a difference. Also, the hot water could be turned up. I tried to take a bath and the water ran cold before the tub even filled up. The owners couldn't have been nicer. In fact, they even called around to help us find a bike rental place. Also, the house was spotless! Literally, you could've eaten off the floor! Beds were comfy. Perhaps a clock in the bedrooms would be great. We used our phones. Very close to everything. Quiet. Would stay again.

The only issue we had was trouble finding the process to lock the door on our way out. Nothing wrong with the house! We had just never encountered a lock like that. I had seen the instructions somewhere, but couldn't find them quick. My 92 yo Father liked it better than a different one we had stayed in, and that is saying a LOT!

Our daughter had a basketball tournament at the high school. It was a great location! Nice big rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. It was very clean!

The home was very spacious and open. The four of us could be together or we could have alone time if needed. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was very nice.

The house was spacious enough for 2-4 people and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook, pots pans utensils.
Nice to have a BBQ available and we used it all 4 nights. The beds were okay, but might need to get better mattresses in the near future.
The only issue we had was that the owner of the property let the dogs in around unleashed and my wife would not go outside because of that. This was a little challenging for us because we really rented this space due to it listed “not pet friendly” which would have indicated that there would not be any dogs there. We texted the reservations, but nothing happened, dogs were out there everyday all day:(

We really enjoyed our stay in Ft Bragg. The house was down a very quiet street and easy to find. This property was nicely appointed, easy to traverse with knee problems, and comfortable. The only discomfort I had, which is common for me and not a reflection on anyone else, is that the master bedroom bed is a bit too soft for someone with a low back injury. The other bed appeared to be more firm but I confess I didn’t try it. The house is nice and roomy too. The kitchen has everything you would expect in a rental. I enjoyed doing some watercolor at the dining table. The whole setup would be great for a family as there is outdoor space to run around. Check in was with a lock box and was super quick. Check out was the same. Ft Bragg isn’t that big so everything is convenient. We enjoyed the shops such as Beautiful Earth and the glass artist, and glass beach, but we kept missing low tide. Next time!
We will return to this property in the future and recommend it to all.

Spacious houses f friendly, helpful landlords!
The landlords live very close to the rental. We arrived after dark and the exterior lights were inadvertently turned off. We called a Casa and they called the landlord and within minutes we’re there to help! They even helped us with our luggage and when we left they came over to help again. I call that above and beyond the call of duty!

Lovely house with everything that you need. It is beautiful territory and nice nature. Internet is good and stable. The kitchen is fully staffed. Definitely will return.
