Plenty of parking, clean building, close to main road.
No Air conditioner, but a manual fan was provided to circulate air inside room.

Great little motel directly on the Pacific Coast Highway. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very important very quiet. Of note, there is no air conditioning, the room does cool off at night and they do provide a fan in the room. Notably, the motel does a few things that are surprisingly a cut above other motels. For instance, each room has a Keurig coffee maker as opposed to the standard packets of coffee. In addition The coffee ingredients that are included contain two packets of cream and sweetener versus one packet of each found in other hotel coffee ingredients. Also they provide real glasses for drinking as opposed to the plastic garbage found in other chains. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious. They had several heart entrees including eggs and sausages and two waffle makers. Most motels of this nature did not include breakfast at all so this was a real pleasant surprise.

Good location, off Highway 101, the hotels a little rundown, but it's kind of typical of being on the coast. That's really comfy, the room had been redone at some point. You can walk to a Mexican restaurant from it. It was good
The "breakfast" is not a breakfast you may think a motel would have. It was a counter with an instant oatmeal packs coffee and apples so it did its job I guess if you just want to eat oatmeal.
