About this villa rental
Welcoming recently restored house with private swimming pool located a short distance from the lovely town of San Gimignano (5 km away). This house is a portion of a beautiful country-side villa and offers a large, well-kept private garden. Outside guests can also enjoy use of a nice portico overlooking the garden ideal for al-fresco dining.
The property owners live next door but have independent entrance.
Villa Sabrina is within easy reach of Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Florence, Siena, Volterra and the Chianti Classico region.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: San Gimignano with shops of all kinds about 5 km away, Poggibonsi 8 km, Volterra 35 km away, Siena 45 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa 85 km, Lucca 90 km.
At guests’ disposal: large, entirely fenced-in garden with private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – min. depth 0,8 m – max. depth 1,65 m), barbecue. Washing-machine available. The house provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (free of charge). Maid service by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour to be paid locally).

Our stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Sabrina made us feel incredibly welcome. She had prepared a basket of groceries for our family, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel.Throughout our stay, Sabrina went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. One day she surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine and a delicious homemade dessert, and on the day we departed, she prepared travel goodie bags for our family of seven. Her kindness and generosity were truly exceptional.The villa itself was wonderful—beautiful, clean, comfortable, and extremely well-equipped. We especially loved the pool, and our children had a fantastic time with the variety of indoor and outdoor games available. It felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation.What impressed us most was Sabrina’s dedication to her guests. After we left, my daughter realized she had forgotten her tennis shoes and iPod at the villa. Sabrina immediately coordinated with her son, who met us in Rome to return her belongings. To say she went out of her way to help us would be an understatement.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tuscany. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate—you will not regret it! The town of San Gimignano is absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special.Thank you for everything, Sabrina!

Villa Sabrina is a dream. The landscape and views are amazing. The villa is clean and fully appointed with all items needed. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. Sabrina is a wonderful hostess. She even surprised us a couple of times with special treats. We would love to stay here again.

This beautiful Villa is in a location within a 10 minute drive to San Gimignano. Sabrina is an extremely helpful and responsive host, from check in to check out. During our stay, she and her husband even helped us out by charging our rental car battery when we discovered it was flat one evening. The villa is comfortable and character-filled with all household amenities on hand. We arrived to a basket of groceries on the kitchen bench which was well-stocked for a meal, coffee and breakfasts. Thank you! A surprise cake (homemade by Sabrina) and bottle of wine during our stay was delicious and such a lovely, generous touch! The pool and surroundings are idyllic. A touch of paradise in Tuscany!

We had the most incredible vacation at this villa. Sabrina was wonderful from start to finish-- welcoming us with a lovely basket of goodies, bringing us cake and wine throughout our stay, and making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The house itself is wonderful exactly as shown in photos. The yard/garden is well-manicured and vibrant. The house is clean with good sized bedrooms. We traveled with two young children and Sabrina provided a playhouse and slide for the yard-- such a treat! The property is totally child-friendly. Sabrina lives in an attached villa with her family, but you rarely see or hear them. It was quite private and remote, and perfect for our family. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to come back again!
