Great location, facilities and staff very close to the old town.

The location is excellent — right in the heart of Kos Town, with everything you need within walking distance, including a supermarket right next to the hotel. Despite being so central, the hotel is located on a quiet street, so there is really no need for a car unless you want to explore outside the town centre.
The staff are one of the best things about this hotel. The reception team were very welcoming and friendly, and when my taxi was delayed, they didn’t hesitate to drive me to the nearby beach club themselves. This was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel very well looked after.
The room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished, and the bathroom was equally comfortable and had everything I needed.
Breakfast was varied and generous, and the waiters were always attentive and happy to provide excellent service. I also tried the spa and found it wonderful — definitely worth experiencing.
Overall, everything about this hotel was lovely, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kos in the future.

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was moderate. It was 850 mt to the port. The hotel was certainly against children, do not believe it is categorised as child friendly. The staff except breakfast was unfriendly and unkind. I do not think of staying again.
