Villa Eliza

Lucia is a sweet and perseverant character that must be included in Homero's poetry! Her hospitality is wonderful. Bello, the donkey, is so sweet also; and Lucky, the lovely dog. We felt as a part of a family and we are looking to return once and once again, and find all these hours of a hard work from Lucia and Eliza, to bring a lovely garden, the wonderful flowers, trees and fresh eggs every morning will be there, waiting for our next visit. The location is perfect: plenty of amazing views of the sea and swimming pool, from the balcony. Oranges, lemons, bougainvilleas, and saczumas are a concert for the senses. Thank you once again, Lucia and Eliza, for your lovely welcome and wish to see you both very soon, once again ! Efkaristo Poli ! XX

Beautiful gardens and pool area with a sea view

Excellent personnel, beautiful quiet area with great view, very polite and kind people, beautiful view to the sea, comfortable room ,very clean, three minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Skala., beautiful apartments, and the owner very polite. My visit there will be priority for me every Summer.

Everything was fine. I liked everything, We had everything we needed. The place is perfect.

Rooms basic, which you’d expect for the price but not very clean. Sheets were stained also and towels smell very damp. No reception, therefore unclear where to check in? There’s a building in the car park where a man was in his boxers, and got changed and showed us to a room. He couldn’t speak a word of English. As he showed us the room he plugged the fridge in and took cash for €2 tax per night and €7 per night for air con. All he kept saying was “I’m Bangladeshi” whenever you asked anything. He never asked our name or proof of ID. Felt a bit odd like if he even worked here as he didn’t know how long we were staying or anything. When we went to him again later to ask about toilet roll, he was again in his boxers? Seemed very odd. Did not see any other staff. I’ve attached a picture of the building where the only staff member was … Card for air con has been fused to the key so you are unable to take it off to keep the room cool Seems to be a place for nudists? Every morning and evening in the pool Pool is grimey and looks like it is not cleaned, is all green. Sunbeds and parasols around it all broken. Bar was never open. Shower did not work one day- did contact through booking.com and never heard anything Hose pipe left out our entire stay by stairs so easy trip hazard especially at night when there is no lights - picture included DEFINITELY NEED A CAR. Apartments are up a hill, however close to tavernas and the beach.
