Good small apartment well located to the centre of town.

The location is great with an under 10 minute walk to the old town and waterfront. It's located on the edge of a large parking lot and our Uber driver was able to find us easily. It's about a 25-30 minute walk to the ferry port. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries within 5 minutes and a very nearby excellent laundromat. There was plenty of room for us with a working kitchenette. For the price we found it an excellent stay.
With this typical apartment arrangement with several apartments located within a doored passageway, if your neighbors come home "happy" you will hear them looking for keys and talking loudly while they are entering their units. Fortunately once they get inside the apartments are well insulated. This place is a bit hard to find partially because there is overgrowth blocking the building number and the Magnolia sign.

The location was good - on the edge of the old city - but it is not luxury. There were chocolates . Nice host. The flat is near a supermarket.
it was difficult to find a place to have our 2 suitcases. There should be a toaster. The TV didnt work on an English-language site. no CNN .
