Beautiful big room with a balcony facing the sea! Amazing view!!
Reception staff was very nice!
That's about it.
Very dirty pool, can't even count the times I had to pull hair out from my fingers and weird stuff was floating around. We only used the pool once for 10 minutes because of that.
Also was said that we can get towels near the pool but at the end they didn't have anything and reception said I can use my hotel towels and when we arrived to the pool they said we can't use the room towels?!?! Travelling with a small luggage I really don't carry my own towels.
I wish room had some water boiling possibilities.
Very pool breakfast. Eating 3 days in a row bread and huge pieces of tomatoes and some very sweet cake was not really nice.
Location is definitely not for older individuals unless you want to pay taxi money all the time. Very very steep walk up there.
Very very very noisy because you can hear the music from the city to the room. I think there is a law that loud music needs to stop by 23:30 so at least it's not all night.

it was dirty, dead spiders everywhere and bugs. random people walking through our hotel room and onto the balcony, lack of privacy and with the money i paid for i could’ve stayed somewhere else for better.

The room was fully equipped and the bathroom was fully renovate. We had a nice round table at the balcony and stayed there enjoying the view. The location is nice because it is quiet.
The distance shown on booking from the beach is not 250 meters but longer. They explained that Booking measures the distance from the beach by measuring the aerial distance.

The view is amazing, but that's about it. Some staff are nice but some, especially the older lady who manages the property, are just downright rude.
The communal areas are recently done up and look nice but the rest of hotel is completely run down, the rooms are so old, everything was dirty, scratched or broken, springs sticking out of the bed. The bathroom still had chunks of hair in the drain, so the water kept filling up. The cleaners cleaned the room very basically, never cleaned the bath or toilet.
The hotel is situated quite high up the mountain and the walk is pretty tough after a day at the beach. Not ideal.
We had no water for 4 days out of 5, couldn't shower or use the toilet after 9pm at night. After speaking to the reception team, the older lady shouted that we were liars, until two other guests intervened and told her to calm down
Only until I asked Booking.com for help did we get any compensation. Thanks God for booking.com.

The view is stunning and the pool area is very nice. Also that we could check in 2 hrs earlier was a plus.
The family room was particularly old. It was not well cleaned. The bathroom was full of hairs all kind from the guests before. The airconditioning must have been at least 20 years old not working properly. Not even a bottle water or something was provided in the room, nothing. But everywhere warnings that outside food and drinks are not allowed. Also they forbid the hotels towels in the pool area, but do not provide pool towels. For 125€ a night that was a pretty low range stay. Ok for one night, but thats it. Also cash only. All drinks & food in the hotel must be paid cash.

Breakfast was almost local food, but cold and from days befor. I was missing something fresh except the eggs. And we was missing fresh bread. So we bout fresh bread every day from the marked and Tom with us to the breakfast. The pool was ok. The stuff was nice to us.
I told them that we dident had wifi in our flott. (This is really easy problem to fix and dosent cost much) I been told the gonna call a technician and fix it. But nothing happend. We also payd for four beds but had only 3, an if we was lucky we had Sometimes one extra pillow, so I could sleep broken
Couch. I woke with back and neck pain every day.
I choose to leave the hotel two days earlier because of that.

For us it was close to the beach, 10-15min walking with the kids.
Big enough room for 2 adult and 2 children.
Quiet beacause its not in the center of the town, had a great view from the restaurant.
The Staff where very friendly.
We had 2 great days there even though we had higher hopes for this place.
-a lot of stairs, it was'nt a problem for us until we left, carring all our luggage up to the reseption in the heat though🥵
-the pool in 3 floors made it hard to watch 2 active kids that cannot swim at the same time
The breakfast was the worst part!!
I brought my own cereals.
-couldn't stand that there is legal to smoke where they serve breakfast (but they are allowed everywhere in Albania)
There was a dog walking around even in the breakfast area, he also had his own bowl with food. ( my kids where afraid of him, even though he was innocent)
If your allergic you shouldnt stay here😆
The staff where putting food with thair hands.
The woman wich i guess own the place tryed to be nice, but took some food with here hands and gave it to my son and ask if he wanted this. (He told me after he didnt like that)
I have an feeling that they just rinsed off cutlery, cups and counters because a lot of it was dirty.
The food was also poor, and nothing without cakes was in a heater.
Felt dangerous to eat meat and eggs that was in a bowl in more than 30°c.

Pool area was nice, great location, reception staff were very kind. Room was clean, room view was awesome!
Poor breakfast, short serving time. 8.30 till 10.00. Stopped to refill at 9.25, we came for breakfast at 9.30 and just had left overs , no breads anymore, no eggs, hard sausages.. My wife asked to refill they said no. Bar staff called Ronaldo didn’t gave me changes about the drinks that I got, and all the time offering drugs (cocaine) to me. I was having a relax time seated in the pool couch with my wife and this guy just seated in our table saying weird things to us, we felt very uncomfortable with him. He even kind of threatened when I said about my change, left almost 60 euros with him because didn’t want trouble. Completely unacceptable. Stay away of this guy.

Buffet breakfast of the standard type with the pleasant twist of traditional pies and home made sweets, that we were also served. Our room had a direct view to the ocean. The pool was very nice and clean. Definitely a plus since the hotel is not beachfront.

The view from the room was ok and the pool area looked big and comfortable
We didnt end up sleeping at the hotel because the bed was incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. The room was also dark and dingy and the balcony was not great. Getting to the hotel itself was also very confusing and the staff were not very friedndly at all. The price for the room was appealing but i would reccommend finding somewhere else. We ended up paying for a room we did not use and finding another hotel close by

An excellent room at a very good price. My room with double bed and a balcony with a fantastic view of the sea was excellent value at the equivalent of 20 euros per night!!! Breakfast was very good, and the Greek lady who greeted me at reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly, she seemed to be running the hotel. She called to check availability of buses for me etc.

I never complain on the booking but it must be today…
First of all it was very dirty in the room when we arrived.
We told that in the reception and the lady said that they would change the sheets but they didn’t so. Also there was no toilet paper so we had to ask about that as well.
the breakfast was the WORST breakfast we ever had! the bread was few days old, the eggs were prepared beforehand so when we arrived around 9 am the eggs were cold. Most people bought their own bread or just ate the cornflakes (If they still were there)! don’t choose this hotel because of the breakfast because you will need to go out and buy something else anyway! the lady in the restaurant was also kinda rude.

- also not THAT close to the city as they say, you have to walk a little so if you are older you should know that the streets here are very steep so it’s really uncomfortable to walk back home in this heat

Childrend loved the swimming pool and we loved the sight from our own personal balcony - there's a sink and a fridge in the family room and a very practical separation-sliding doors between the children's and the parent's spaces - very convenient
The breakfast was good, but plates were pre-made - not buffet-like - I'd rather have a choice as to what I eat - I don't eat anything sweet in the morning to a piece of cake in my plate is wasted - but I appreciated vegetables and poached eggs. My children on the contrary love bread and butter or cereals ... so we swapped things and it worked out anyway
