I’ve travel a lot and this is one of the top places I’ve stayed. The kitchen has everything you’ll need. The bed is very comfy. The location is an easy stroll to all local restaurants and shops. The hosts are wonderful. We hope to stay in touch through Zoom.

We stayed 4 nights with Giovanna e Giovanni, both are super nice and so is their appartment! The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with really everything you need; plus it's embedded in the historic city center, so you can reach all the restaurants by foot. The hosts are generous (I could enjoy a refreshing rosé wine they put in the fridge and even some biscuits) and very supportive (got a lot of good advice regarding beaches etc).
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön, sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Ausflug zum Strand benötigt: Kühltasche mit Akkus, Stühle, Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm...
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Unser Mietauto haben wir auf dem wenige Meter entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz geparkt. 1 Minute entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und in 5 Min. Entfernung ein Bäcker. Die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants ist ebenfalls in Kürze zu Fuß erreichbar - trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft
Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und die Zeit dort wirklich sehr genossen: Die Gastgeber sind überaus herzlich, waren jederzeit ansprechbar und sind sogar um sechs Uhr morgens aufgestanden, um uns zu verabschieden! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben viele Stunden auf dem schönen Balkon verbracht, wo es sich auch im Sommer gut aushalten lässt. Orosei ist ein netter Ort mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Läden, alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar; ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Auto konnten wir im Innenhof parken.
Wir waren wirklich sehr glücklich mit dieser schönen Unterkunft und würden sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Wunderbare Wohnung in Orosei
Die Wohnung von Giovanna und Giampaolo ist sehr, sehr schön und gemütlich, verfügt wirklich über alles, was man so braucht, um im Urlaub glücklich zu sein und war blitzblank sauber. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Die Beiden sind zudem sehr herzliche und liebenswerte Gastgeber. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Comme à la maison
Giovanna et Gianpaolo nous ont ouvert les portes de l'appartement du premier. Ils ont été délicats et accueillants au possible, souples pour notre arrivée quelquepeu retardée! Ils se rendent disponibles pour faciliter, renseigner, prêter, donner ou rendre service. Un savoir être incomparable!
La propreté des lieux est irréprochable, et le linge blanc très plaisant.
Le village est parfaitement situé pour découvrir les environs. Et à echelle suffisante pour se poser une journée. Et prendre la voiture pour la plage, nous a permis d'en découvrir de plus belles chaque jour.
Notons l'arrivée dans la cour fleurie avec soin, qu'on admire avec une tasse de café assis sur la terrasse bordée de glycine.
Merci chers Giovanna et Gianpaolo. La prochaine fois nous sommes motivés pour revenir en parlant l'Italien couramment!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Orosei !
Giovanna und Giampaolo sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns von Anfang an richtig wohl gefühlt, in der sehr sauberen, gut ausgestatteten und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Kommunikation war auch kein Problem, Dank Handy und Google Übersetzer. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei, was für die Kinder wichtig war :-)
Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Traumwohnung in Orosei
Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt des hübschen Ortes Orosei. So kann man bequem die mittelalterliche Stadt mit tollen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars erkunden. Gleichzeitig ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an den herrlichsten Stränden. Unweit der Wohnung ist ein schattiger, öffentlicher Parkplatz, den wir immer benutzt haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung zudem sehr ruhig - man hört wirklich keinen Verkehrslärm. Die Verwalterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und fürsorglich. Der Vermieter Antonio Piu hat zuverlässig und zuvorkommend alle Informationen geschickt, die man braucht.

Wunderbar!
Wir waren zu Dritt in dieser Wohnung. Die in der Altstadt gelegene Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Einzig die Matratzen der Einzelbetten sind etwas unbequem. Parken auf dem Grundstück wurde uns ermöglicht.
Orosei ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der abwechslungsreiche Umgebung, hat einen langen, sehr schönen Strand und es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Gelaterias. Für uns war es der erste Besuch auf Sardinien aber hoffentlich/wahrscheinlich nicht der letzte!
Giovanna und Giampaolo sind herzensgute und freundliche Gastgeber. Sie waren sehr aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Ich hätte mich sehr gerne mit Giovanna unterhalten aber leider sprechen wir kein italienisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!
Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

We stayed here with our daughter and had a lovely time. The property is much more spacious than it looks in the photos. It was very well equipped, and great to have the use of a cool box, umbrella and chairs for the beach. The balcony was lovely to sit on, especially as the kitchen can get very hot when cooking. Orosei is a lovely town, only 5 minutes from the nearest beach and with spectacular scenery in all directions. The owners, Giavanna and Giampaolo, live above and were very helpful in every way and they made our stay extra special.

Schönes Apartment, außergewöhnlich nette Gastgeber!
Wir waren vom 28.08-06.09.2018 in diesem sehr schönen Apartment. Das Aparment ist sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber haben bis aufs kleinste Detail aufgepasst und das Apartment in einem mediterran Stil sehr schön eingerichtet.
Es hat zwar keine Klimaanlage , aber wegen den dicken Wänden spürt man die Hitze sowieso nicht. Wir durften auch im Innenhof parken, so blieb das Auto immer kühl.
Wir sprechen leider kein Italienisch, aber trotzdem haben wir uns mit Giovanna und Giampaolo sehr gut verstanden. Man findet immer einen Weg für die Kommunikation.
Antonio beantwortet die Fragen und Anfragen sehr schnell und präzise.
Der Ort Orosei ist sehr schön mit einer sehr romantischen Altstadt.
Der kilometerlange wunderschöne Sandstrand in Orosei bietet auch reichlich Schatten unter den Pinienbäumen.

Très bien, maison conforme à l'annonce
Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans la Maison "Il Glicine". Un super séjour en Sardaigne avec nos deux petites filles de 6 et 7 ans.
La maison est spacieuse,propre, conforme à l'annonce,et plutôt bien située dans le centre ville d'Orosei. Les propriétaires, qui vivent au dessus sont vraiment très aimables et serviables, merci à eux.
L'amélioration que je pourrai conseiller est de rajouter un deuxième ventilateur, qu'il y en ai un par chambre

magnifique appartement!
Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce magnifique appartement, spacieux, très propre, avec un balcon ombragé et très frais pendant les grandes chaleurs.
Les lits sont grands et confortables, la cuisine très agréable pour y manger, et les plages à proximité sont magnifiques et très faciles d'accès.
Le couple de propriétaires qui vivent dans la maison sont très gentils, disponibles et serviables.

Our apartment was absolutely perfect. It was spacious and tastefully furnished. Everything was fresh and clean.

Zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig
Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das große Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Sämtliche Zimmer haben gute Beleuchtungsverhältnisse. Die Küche läd zum Kochen für eine Großfamilie ein. Wer gerne zentral und dennoch ruhig wohnen will, der ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus und unterstützen gerne. Die Wohnung ist schattig, was im Sommer sehr angenehm sein muss, wenn es draußen kühl ist, dann fröstelt man leicht.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Stadt Appartment
Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Das Appartment ist Teil eines Stadthauses im , Centro Storico‘ von Orosei. Die Eigentümer des Hauses sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Eigentümer des Appartments lebt nicht vor Ort. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben uns hier zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöne angenehme Wohnung (fast) in der Altstadt von Orosei.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber und auch geschmackvoll und angenehm möbliert. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir brauchten.
Manchmal ist es am frühen Morgen ein kleines bisschen laut (Hunde , Müllabfuhr), das ist aber für eine Stadtwohnung normal.

Parfait !
Un pur bonheur que de séjourner chez Giovanna et Giampaolo : un accueil extrêmement chaleureux, une grande disponibilité pour conseiller, tous deux sont d'une grande gentillesse.
Concernant l'appartement, on se sent comme à la maison : rien ne manque, d' une propreté irréprochable, très bonne literie, wifi qui fonctionne (pour nos ados c'etait bien sûr primordial !) et une situation idéale : à la fois dans le cœur historique d'Orosei sans être trop proche de l'artère principale fréquentée le soir.
Super situation pour rayonner sur la côte Est et découvrir cette superbe région !
Nous recommandons cette location à 200% !
