We spent 2 weeks in this very special house on a family holiday with Grandparents and teens. The house is so comfortable it’s hard to leave. A car is pretty much essential to ensure you get out and explore the lovely region. Najat the housekeeper is an asset to the house and will prepare breakfast every morning if wanted. She also cooked lots of wonderful traditional evening meals when we wanted. Omar keeps the pool spotlessly clean but you hardly see him as he visits early. Nicolas the owner is great with communications and is available constantly for any queries. We loved Essaouira, the medina is small and relaxed. Quad biking, surfing and horse riding are all enjoyably activities that are available that we enjoyed. The rooftop bars are great places to enjoy the sunset hours we particularly like Il Mare. We loved this holiday and would love to return in the future. The local kids are really sweet and we ended up bringing them sweets and chocolate most days from town.

We had a wonderful five-day stay at this beautiful villa. It is so well equipped and spacious with lovely gardens and a huge pool! It was really hot so we really appreciated the pool and spent lots of time there.
We didn’t hire a car so used taxis to get in and out of Essaouria in the evenings, and it was very straightforward. Najat, the housekeeper, is a real asset to the villa and prepared breakfast for us every morning…such a treat! She was also a great help with local information and booking taxis. Thank you Najat!

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours en septembre dans la maison de Nicolas et Chris, et nous y avons passé de magnifiques vacances, très reposantes. La maison est vaste, confortable, très bien entretenue et décorée avec goût. La vue du toit terrasse sur la campagne et la forêt est splendide. Le jardin est ravissant et nous avons pu profiter chaque jour de la grande piscine! Le plus est sans conteste la présence d’Omar et de Najat, tous deux vraiment adorables. Omar est à la fois discret et très efficace, quant à Najat, généreuse et bienveillante, elle nous a régalés de ses bon petits plats et sa bonne humeur.
La maison est située dans un hameau très calme, à quelques minutes de piste de la route principale (voiture indispensable) et il ne faut alors que quelques minutes de plus pour descendre à Essaouira et profiter de ses nombreuses activités : la plage, les terrasses des cafés et restaurants, le port, la médina, etc.
Nicolas a été un hôte charmant, très bien organisé et réactif, il nous a transmis de nombreuses et précieuses informations pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Nous recommenderons cette location sans hésiter, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
