Like the exterior and interior. Very clean and well maintained.
The location was very nice, but the noise from the square made sleeping difficult since we needed to have the windows open for night air because the weather was warm.

The water is not hot.
I needed to wait for more than 5 min for the water to become hot, and yet it is not stable (not very hot and turning to warm or cold from time to time)
