Situated in Muo, this lovely condo for $167 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This lovely, sunny apartment is situated in the new 'Kotor Vista' complex of Muo, in a prime position with unobstructed, stunning views overlooking beautiful Kotor Bay. From the large balcony you have a magnificent, panoramic view both during the day and at night when the bay is flooded with lights. Once you've had your fill of sightseeing, the private balcony steps leading down to a large sunbathing terrace with two swimming pools and a jacuzzi make a perfect spot for relaxation (available June 1st to October 31st). Children are also well catered for at Kotor Vista – both with a children’s pool and a separate play-area. The scene during the day is always changing as yachts and cruisers come and go. Known as the Jewel of Montenegro the old medieval town and Venetian port of Kotor is a short, pleasant walk away, just 300m across the blue bay. Outside the town is a daily market with fresh meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and flowers. Many good restaurants to suit all pockets can be found giving good service and good value for money. Kotor bay is central for visiting other beautiful locations around the area and in my view the best position. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with quality kitchen appliances, leather sofa and chair, solid beds and cotton linen, built-in wardrobes, a/c, hydro-massage bath and heated floor. The villa is in a fantastic location with a stunning view across Kotor bay. The pools are down a few steps with plenty of loungers available around them. It took us about 15 - 20 minutes to walk into Kotor Old Town, but it was possible to swim in Kotor Bay from swimming platforms about 5 minutes walk away. There are a few local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and reasonably priced. The villa itself was clean, light and spacious. Lovely balcony overlooking the bay. The kitchen was well equipped including cooker, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. A really great base for a special holiday. The hosts were really helpful. We were delayed and didn't arrive until 3am but they still found us and met us on the road when we were a bit lost to guide us to the apartment. I don't think we would have been able to find it unaided. Highly recommend the property and hosts. Thank you!

Fantastic Location

the apartment was in great location, beautiful views across to kotor. we stayed for one week at Marks apartment, we were five and the apartment itself is comfortable enough for five people. The setting is stunning and exactly as described in the pictures. The apartment itself was reasonably clean and equipped, a few annoying things like towel rails hanging off the wall, threshold broken, no teal towel and we were only supplied 3 towels for five people. We did contact Anka on several occasions,who sent a rep over on our second day who tried to resolve wifi issues - unsuccessfully and promised towels would be supplied the following morning. Despite several text to Anka we didn't receive the towels or reply's, we were only there for a week and decided not to waste time chasing Anka. When we were due to leave we didn't have any instructions where to leave the key ,so we text Anka and said we would leave the key in the door as we were leaving early unless she instructed otherwise. - so that's what we did -on returning home I sent a message to Mark to let him know and Mark did not reply either. It was such a shame that this was so poorly managed.

Mycket bra lägenhet med underbar pool
Bra lägenhet för 4 personer. Underbar utsikt och direkt närhet till poolområdet. Det är flera hus som delar på poolen men det fanns ändå alltid solstolar så det räckte. Poolen var varm och välskött. Parkeringsplatsen fungerade bra, tydligt utmarkerad och tillräckligt stor. Det är en bit att gå till närmsta affär så vi åkte med bil för att handla mat.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. It was the perfect amount of space for two couples. We cook a lot on our travels and the kitchen was perfectly equiped for us. The views from the apartment are amazing. Everyday we walked into Kotor Old Town. Roughly a 20 minute walk. Highly recommended. : )

We, a family of five, stayed for a week in this nice apartment and were very happy with our choice of accommodation. Mark always replied quickly and answered all my questions. The best thing about the apartment is the pool and the AMAZING view! It was impossible to get tired of looking at Kotor Bay, the city walls, the mountains, the cruise ships. We loved it!
The master bedroom is very nice with a great view. The second bedroom is smaller with two separate beds. There was a funny smell in this room (which we pointed out to Mark, so I think it'll be taken care of). There are two good bathrooms, one with a bath, one with a shower. There is a washing machine.
The kitchen had all utensils, pots and pans we needed. It was easy to cook and prepare food. The dishwasher was broken and was not fixed during our stay, which annoyed us somewhat.
In the living room there is a sofa which our oldest son slept in. There were lots of TV-channels, but we didn't watch TV. I liked the fact that there were books to borrow. The wifi was useless and we couldn't use it more than at random times.
The outdoor furniture was a bit worse for wear, but the view made us forget about that. The poolarea is great and we spent many hours in the pool. Lots of loungers and not a lot of people even though we stayed in July. Having a pool in Kotor/Muo feels like a must in the summer.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk into Kotor. The taxi costs max 2 Euros. Kotor is one of the nicest places we've been to. Dubrovnik has nothing on Kotor! We would love to come back:-)!

Let into the apartment via the bedroom door, which unfortunately had dropped so had to be lifted into a locking mode.

No Dish cloth, No Tea towels, Coffee Filter machine , but alas no glass jug to allow coffee top filter into.
No Kitchen sink plug or washing up bowl. to make washing up possible.
The spare linen, beddding didn't look clean at all.
Other than these things, the apartment had a good position, easy walk into Kotor. Convenient local well stocked shop and Relax bar eatery close by.
The apartment had air conditioning which worked brilliantly, bed very comfortable.
Patio furniture was in very bad condition , with the plastic wicker breaking up and the parasol base , (2) both broken , I had to purloin a base from the community ,as to use the patio balcony with the weather in the high 30's made it essential. Overall we enjoyed our trip, and apart from the bits we returned home rested.

Nice apartment, amazing views, clean and well equipped
I booked this apartment for a weekend in April 2016 as a surprise for my Partners 40th. After spending hours searching I chose this because of mainly the amazing view, the short distance into the Old Town and the outdoor, heated swimming pool.
Communication with the owner was good via email with a rental agreement sent and directions/contact details of who to meet when we got there.
Upon arrival the apartment was clean and well equipped and the view was amazing.
The one massive disappointment was that the promised 'heated' swimming pool was empty and not in use because we had booked slightly out of Season. To say I was disappointed would be a huge understatement, I was not informed at the time of booking that the pool wouldn't be in use...I would not have booked it had I been told this.
The apartment itself is great and the reason I have given it a low rating is due to the fact that I wasn't told that the pool would not be in use. The apartment is clean and has everything you need in it. All in all we had a great trip but not having a pool when we were expecting a heated pool was a massive let down. Make sure you ask before booking this apartment :0(

Fantastic! View
It was a very nice appartment with a really fantastic view, almost unbelievable view from the living, sleepingroom, terras and also the swimmingpool. The hostes is very nice and is willing to help you with everything if necessary. There is a nice little restaurant/cafe RELAX very nearby, also a nice foodshop nearby with everything you need every day. Only the walk to the old town is on a small road with soms a lot of traffic. And the wifi is shared and works in busy times not good.

Bonne location
L'appartement est bien mis (proche de la piscine) et assez fonctionnel. Tout est très propre. La vue sur la baie de Kotor est très belle. La personne de contact sur place reste disponible tout le temps du séjour. Le seul point négatif est que si en haute saison tous les logements sont loués, il ne doit pas y avoir beaucoup de place libre autour de la piscine.

Stunning views, perfect location, very comfortable
We had an absolutely great week in Kotor. Have to repeat what most others have said: the location is great, the view is as perfect as it gets, and the apartment very comfortable.
Although this apartment is on the first floor, it's quite high up on the hill so the views are still fantastic. And then it has the major advantage of having steps from the terrace right down to the pool area which was perfect for our teenage daughters. It was also nice for us – we didn't use the front door (which is at the back of the building) at all.
Some would say that Kotor Vista is on the wrong side of the bay because there is no sun from late afternoon, but the advantage is that the views in the evening looking towards the old town and the steep mountains on the other side of the bay are even more beautiful. The walk to the old town takes about 20 minutes. The road is quite narrow in places and you do have to be mindful of the cars but it's certainly doable and it wasn't a problem for us. We walked it several times, both in daytime and nighttime. The walk from Kotor back towards Muo is quite beautiful – you walk right on the edge of the water and look out into the bay which is really lovely.
We did most of our shopping in the Roda supermarket at the roundabout just before the old town where we were able to park every time we went there although the car park was usually fairly busy. There is a small supermarket in Muo about 7 minutes' walk from the apartment which we used a couple of times, for example for bread in the morning.
The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable for four persons. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. The apartment complex and pool area are well kept and clean. The wi-fi worked sporadically – not a problem for us adults but our teenage daughters complained a little when it didn't work.
Our week in Kotor was fantastic. We did the city walls, we did a 15 km hike on Vrmac (the path started right next to the local supermarket, the first 3 kms went up to the old Austrian/Hungarian fortress and then onwards along the Vrmac ridge), we drove up to Lovćen (Jezerski Vrh and the mausoleum), and went to Perast twice. We had a second week in Montenegro (in Becici, which we didn't like much) and went to the Ostrog Monastery and twice to Lake Skadar (Rijeka Crnojevića and hiked on Vranjina). So we managed to see and do a lot during our stay in Montenegro and really enjoyed it.

Everything was as described, we loved the apartment but I would not call the walk into Kotor pleasant,it's along a busy very narrow road.
The property was clean and well kept, a broken bed was repaired quite promptly.

Amazing view!
We stayed a week in Kotor Vista apartment. The view was absolutely stunning! We nearly caught our breath every morning! The apartment itself was nicely decorated and quite well equipped. A couple of minor things missing like a proper coffee machine and cleaning equipment for daily maintaining to do by ourselves. Otherwise we really enjoyed our visit in this lovely and cozy apartment near all the main services. And the representative was a charming and very helpful person! We'd highly recommend this to everyone looking for a peaceful and easy accommodation. Also suitable for children.

We had 5 lovely days in this well appointed apartment. There was plenty of room for us feel at home . Great use was made of the balcony and the pool.

nous avons passé 2 merveilleuses semaines a 2 couples dans cet appartement, qui est idéalement bien plaçé, nous nous sommes régalés devant le spectacle qui s'offrait à nous depuis la terrasse, vue sur la ville de Kotor, la journée beaucoup de yachts plus beaux les uns que les autres et la nuit tout est illuminé, c'est vraiment magnifique
l'appartement est clair, fonctionnel, le fait d'avoir 2 salles de bain et 2 wc est appréciable,
petit bémol concernant la vaisselle qui est en quantité trés limitée (mais bon il y a le lave vaisselle) et une de 2 chambres n'est pas climatisée ,cela manque cruellement
la piscine est juste en bas et dispose d'un jaccuzi et de la vue sur Kotor, le secteur est trés calme

Very pleasant stay
The area is quite stunning and the view from the apartment's balcony is truly amazing. We enjoyed exploring the local area on foot - and there are many lovely restaurants in and around Kotor Old Town - we especially enjoyed Gallion and Stari Grad.
The pools are lovely and the area is clean and well-maintained.
The apartment is comfortable - but as the aircon was not working in the lounge during our stay and as there was no unit in the main bedroom we did have a couple of uncomfortable sleepless nights - even after keeping blinds/curtains closed all day. Also - the curtains in the main bedroom are very thin so no choice but to be up with the early sunrise every morning!!
We wish we'd known there was a washing machine (is that in the details or did we just miss it?) though as we wouldn't have taken so much stuff!
Overall a great holiday apartment in a fabulous setting.
