Located in Seville, this lovely condo for $119 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This wonderful apartment, inaugurated on March 30th 2015, is located in the middle of the old quarter of the Andalusian capital, in the Arenal neighborhood. It is a very privilege zone because the Cathedral and the Giralda as well as the Reales Alcázares are a few meters away. The place is ideal to go for a walk through the Sevillian streets so full of art and tradition. The entire apartment is accessible for disabled people and it is very light and spacious thanks to the four meters high ceilings and the large windows. It has two double bedrooms where there are two single bedrooms and two totally equipped bathrooms with shower. The living room has a sofa bed and the separate kitchen has all the electrical appliances and essential utensils to enjoy a very comfortable stay and it also has a dining area with a table which hosts up to six people. It is built with high quality materials and it has air conditioner in every single room. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation. Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee. Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee. Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Perfect for 2 couples.

The overall space and amenities worked well. The location was very good. The walls, furniture could use some fresh paint, cleaning. The only improvements I would suggest is to let the renters know that messages will be coming through What’s App. Also, it was great to have the washing machine, but would have been better to have written instructions for how to use. Alternatively, the host’s orientation could include how to use it, as European washers are different from what Americans use.

The location is perfect, especially if on a short trip to maximize your time. A short walk to the cathedral, alcazar, shopping, and eating. The property staff were phenomenal and accommodated us with some of the flight issues we had. The room is like it shows, and had little things available that made a huge difference with our stay. Would highly recommend this stay and when I return to this beautiful city again, I plan on staying here.

Well stocked, great location would definitely stay there again. We sat with the doors open to the street and listened to music from our living room but it was still quite at night.

Everything about our stay was great. The check in process was easy. The woman that met us to check us in was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing. It was close to everything’s wanted to see. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at Zaragoza. We were impressed last year and equally impressed this year. The apartment feels like home from home. Faultless check in process with Gentel Homes. I would have no reservations recommending this location apartment. Sure to be back next year... enjoy Seville!
