Nestled in Newquay, this charming condo for $215 per night is a great option for your next trip. There are no extra costs, you pay the advertised cost and a £100 deposit. The deposit is refundable as long as the apartment is clean, tidy and undamaged. This is truly an amazing apartment and location. Brand New in 2010, modern award winning apartment block, very well equipped. South facing for sun all day, which is rare in Newquay as the town faces North. Secure Car park behind the building with no height restriction. Many other New apartment blocks on Headland Road, Zinc, Azure and Cribbar have under ground Car parks so you may not get in with a roof box. Newquay is a lively town very popular with both young and old. With Incredible Beaches, amazing walks along the cliffs, great restaurants, different Pubs and places to explore. Our 2nd floor apartment apartment is on a headland, 10 to 15 minute walk from the town center, which has Three Higher End Hotels and some very smart apartment blocks with Fistral beach at the end of the headland. In the centre of Newquay there are many Night Clubs, Pubs, Restaurants and shops which make the town center very lively and a true year round destination. Newquays main attraction has to be the beaches there must be more than 10 sandy beaches all around the town, great for family's not just surfers. Fistral Beach is home to our national Surf Center, many of the beaches have surf, as well as Watergate Bay which is just 10 minutes by car away. The Town itself is a year round vibrant center with many Shops and Restaurants. There is a large retired population as well as the younger surfer crowd which all co exist very well. Newquay has something for everyone Newquay is somewhere you will go back time and time again. Due to the Geography of Newquay and Cornwall there are loads of Bars, Pubs and restaurants which overlook the sea all catering for Locals and Tourists alike. As there is so much choice they have to be good to survive so you will be surprised by the quality and value for money you will find. A great way to spend time. There are festivals and competitions, on the beach or surf, most weeks of the summer with the big Boardmasters surf competition dominating. If you do not fancy the beach the town and locality has plenty to offer including the Zoo, Skate Park, Swimming Pools,Crazy Golf and 9 hole Pitch & Put as well as the full Golf Courses. A new Multiplex cinema in the town centre only a 15 minute walk away from the apartment. Under half an hour to the Eden project, Truro and Padstow are only 20 minutes away by car as well as many other of Cornwalls finest attractions. St Ives is a bit further at 25 minutes. Bus services are very good running along the coast, which is great if you want to walk along the coast path, as well as inland.

We had the most fabulous week staying in this apartment. We have stayed in numerous apartments along the headland and without a doubt this was the best. Spotless, high class furnishings and fully equipped making for a lovely relaxing break. Thanks Keith, we really hope to be back in the future.

The weather could have been kinder during the start of our stay but with the comfort and a view that you never tire of who needs good weather. The apartment had everything you need for any eventuality (the only thing missing was an oven glove that is being picky as we managed), very comfortable, excellent TV with Netflix, good music system. So not going out into a howling wet gale was not a problem. We visit Newquay on a regular basis and were most impressed with the apartment, hopefully we will visit again. Many thanks.

We had a great week in this beautiful apartment. We were particularly impressed with the high level of cleaning and measures taken due to covid, it made us feel safe from the outset. The location is excellent, looking over Fistral beach and the apartment is very well equipped with everything that you need. We have stayed in a different apartment block on the same road and would definitely return to this apartment as it is far superior to others we have stayed in. We highly recommend it.

This is a fabulous, spacious, clean property with amazing views over Fistral beach. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the sun, watch the surfers and observe the sunset! It has a well equipped kitchen and having two bathrooms was a real bonus for a family of four. On site car parking is great although the car park is quite tight for a larger car when it is full. Easy walking distance to Newquay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous property, great location, have stayed in the building before and was not disappointed. Perfect size apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Views from the balcony were amazing. Great simple touches such as Bluetooth ceiling speakers, and having access to Netflix and Amazon TV for the children. Two very minor downsides were the amount of storage space for food and the WiFi signal was very poor as it’s the building WiFi but this didn’t detract from an amazing holiday and we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Die große Ferienwohnung liegt direkt in Strandnähe. Sie ist komplett und hochwertig ausgestattet und größzügig angelegt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der verglaste große Balkon lässt sowohl vom Wohn- als auch von den Schlafzimmern den atemberaubenden Blick auf den Fistral Bech zu. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohneung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Everything you need for a great holiday. Located close to Fistral beach, the apartment is perfectly situated for that balance between sea / beach activity and trips into town. With a great selection of eateries and bars right on the waters edge you need not trek too far from home. The apartment itself is safe and secure and offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with smart TV's and a large living / dining area with large TV and games console. There is free wifi throughout the building too. Having visited Newquay last year, and stayed further up the hill, we found this apartments location to be much better all round. We also discovered new places to go so we had the benefit of previous experience combined with some new beach side places. Shall it be a 3rd time next year? It's certainly worth it.
