We stayed here on a Friday night and were the only guests. The b&b is beautifully decorated from top to bottom, and also very comfortable and practical. The shower was good and bed comfortable. There is no breakfast, however this is reflected in the price and it is located in the middle of a village where there are lots of places to eat. Also there is access to a fridge and lots of free snacks and drinks available. I'm not sure how anyone can not give this place 10 /10.
The owner didn't interact with us, all communication was done through messaging, which seemed slightly strange, but then we don't speak Mandarin and she probably doesn't speak English very well. It didn't spoil our stay, and wouldn't reduce my score, but our interations with Taiwanese people are definately one of the highlights (even if communication is through Google translate).
