Breakfast was good and staff always welcoming. Front desk staff helpful and helped us arrange for taxi pickup to airport before 6am for our early morning flight
We stayed here for 7 nights. The first 4 days we put no cleaning needed on our door. Then when we wanted the room cleaned we removed the sign but I think they forgot to clean our room. Also shower is hot in the beginning but not so hot at the end of our shower.
For $200 USD per night pricey but this was right before Dia De Muertos

Modern, comfortable design, friendly, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. I love that it was a social enterprise with a mission.
A pool would have been great, but not essential.

The room was lovely, well appointed and nicely decorated. Good hot shower. All super clean and comfortable
Unfortunately we had booked here without knowing there was a festival outside the nearby church and the noise was very loud until late. Ear plugs were provided but if we had known about the festival noise we wouldn't have booked. It's probably not bad in every room..as rooms are on different levels..
Réception check in and check out not so warm and friendly either.
