In downtown / el centro but not in the most bustling location. Close enough to walk all over downtown. Staff is very helpful in all regards. If noise bothers you, they offer earplugs but it really turns into white noise. Also, booking here contributes to the community more than a lot of other places so don’t hesitate. It is worth it.

The room was lovely, well appointed and nicely decorated. Good hot shower. All super clean and comfortable
Unfortunately we had booked here without knowing there was a festival outside the nearby church and the noise was very loud until late. Ear plugs were provided but if we had known about the festival noise we wouldn't have booked. It's probably not bad in every room..as rooms are on different levels..
Réception check in and check out not so warm and friendly either.
