Located in Northville, this charming cottage for $275 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Perfect location in Historic Sacandaga Park! Camp is in walking distance to a private gated beach (code will be provided at check in), Sacandaga Park Golf Course (across the street), Sport Island Pub and Restaraunt, Vic’s Bar and Grill and Parks Full service Marina! For those bringing a boat, Park Marine Base Marina is a 1 min walk and rent boat slips per day/week...its a short two minute drive to Northville’s State Boat Launch (free to launch), The Inn at the Bridge Bakery and Historic Downtown Northville! The camp has four bdrms, two baths and sleeps 9 comfortably. Everything needed for your stay is included! Fully furnished kitchen, Gas grill, charcoal grill, wood burning fire pit, picnic table, screened wrap around porch, private deck with gas fire pit, beach chairs, beach umbrella, wifi, digital cable, all utensils and dinnerware, coffee maker, microwave, full size washer/dryer, bath towels, bedding, and all paper products! The camp is available for all seasons and has a pellet stove/basebord heat for offseason renters. Just 45 minutes to Saratoga Springs and 20 minutes to Lapland Lake Ski Resort !! Located in the Adirondacks with hiking trails, beautiful mountain views, scenic drives, and boating like no other on the Great Sacandaga Lake!!!!

Michael was the best host! The house was so lovely and right by activities. We rented a boat a short drive away, had delicious food at the pub, and hung out at the beach! Michael was so responsive and any issue we had was assisted with immediately. He was very communicative leading up to the stay as well. Would highly recommend for a group of people looking for a relaxing weekend!!

Great location and plenty of room for 4 of us adults. Food and groceries nearby. It was nice having a kitchen and laundry on-site. Owners were very communicative and responsive to any of our questions. We didn’t use the beach but it is very close by. Loved sitting in the front porch!

Camp-like experience with modern amenities.
This was a wonderful camp-like experience with modern amenities. The house is nicely decorated with lots of old camp and lake items. The porch is a wonderful place to enjoy. The lake is within a few minutes walk. I highly recommend it for a great place to enjoy and also as a jumping-off place for all the wonderful sites in the Adirondacks.

Terrific location and cozy cabin
Enjoyed a week long visit with family. Very nice and comfortable cabin close to everything. Very well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful location
We stayed for a boating event on the lake. The location was ideal , close to the state park and two restaurants.
The cottage was clean and very comfortable. Chilling on the screened porch after being in the sun all day was my groups favourite late afternoon activity.

Great Location
The 5ish minute walk (with kiddos) to Sport Island beach was fantastic! The beach was well maintained and pretty quiet at all times during the (holiday) weekend. It was much appreciated that there were games and balls and whatnot that the kids could take down to the beach with them.
Slight downside of the location is all of the late, late night traffic coming out of Sport Island.
Communication from the owners ahead of the weekend was great. We never needed them, but I always felt that they were a simple text message away if we ever did.
House was cute and well appointed. We enjoyed the weekend.

Family Lake Getaway
This property was clean, well maintained and a great location. The house had plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Super close to its own private beach, which was empty every time we visited. And a short drive to the local public beach, mini golf and ice cream. My kids loved riding their bikes on the street and the fire pit where we made smores every night. Wonderful home with everything you need.

Perfect Sacandaga Camp
This camp was perfect for our group. The house is large and spacious. There is a lovely screened-in porch which is great for enjoying Adirondack evenings without worrying about bugs (June is black fly season)! The location is convenient to everything in the lower Adirondacks. Because this is an older camp, the stairs are narrow and steep, so this house may not be a good choice for people with physical limitations. Mike and Ambyr are great hosts who have thought about everything to insure a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely getaway cottage
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was really nice, in good condition and nicely decorated. Well laid out floor plans, with a nice arrangement of bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of room in kitchen/living/dining area, well stocked kitchen with cookware, extra linens and towels, laundry, etc. House seemed well insulated and both pellet stove and oil heat worked well. Looks like there are fans and AC for summer stays. Owners were really easy to communicate with as well. Only one minor drawback - the bar across the way was at times loud. But if we weren't traveling with young kids, we probably would have been at the bar, or at least up as late as they were!

Felt like home!!
Home was comfortable very cozy and very well kept and stocked. Close to lake and everything when we walked in saw the fall decor and warm and relaxing feel most definitely would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be staying there again. Felt like home!!

Fun, family trip with so many things to do, great place to be active and relax!
My family and our friends’ family had a week of Adirondak adventures! We enjoyed the lake, restaurants, town of Northville and the many fun adventures close by! The house was perfect for our two families. It was clean and well equipped for making dinner, a little fire outdoors for s’mores or whatever else you can think of! It was always nice to be able to come back to such a homey place. We hope to book our next Adirondak adventure with Michael and Ambyr! We highly recommend this house and the owners were always available for questions!

Nice weekend away
The house was great! Spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It's in a convienant location, downtown was cute and had some yummy restaurants and ice cream! The only downside was the bar on the next street over, listening to very loud music and it's drunk patrons until 3AM wasn't exactly relaxing on a Friday or Saturday night. Overall though it was a good stay.

Very friendly and nice environment.
My group had a great time in the house and nearby activities, we rented for 3 nights during the memorial weekend. The owner is very friendly and nice, can solve all my problem like check in and check out. Most of the activities within reasonable 1 hour drive time (like Howe Caverns, Adirondack animal land) and just a few min drive south to $5 whole day mini golf next to boat rental. The house decorations caught our eyes when first enter, plenty of chairs to hang out in living room and dining room for card game and broad games at night. We loved the house, only two things came into our attention, only master bedroom and dinning room has A/C, so on the hottest night we have to use fan to kinda share the cold air. Second thing is don't cook bacon, it will set off the smoke detector which we have to open windows and doors while cooking that. Other than that, we enjoy the stay and proud of myself made that great choice. Thanks Mike.
