Everything was fine.
It was very complicated to get into the house. I did not get the key for the door via internet. I had to knock at a window and an other guest helped me.

Don't know much about the staff apart from them being responsive to my emails as we have not met and the access was provided electronically. While at night room was quiet in the morning - as the traffic picked up - it become quite noisy.

Heating is very warm. The room is big. Hot water is great.
It clearly wrote that there is a 24-hour front desk and can store luggage. But when I arrived at 12 o'clock, the staff insisted that I could put my luggage at 1pm. Although after my argument she agreed to let me put my luggage first. But it’s very annoying to argue for your rights when you're traveling.
The bathroom is very smelly, I think there may be a problem with the plumbing. The bathroom window is facing the window of another house, but there are no curtains
