The location and views were second to none. The rooms were modern and clean. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The showers were powerful.
The restaurant food was hearty and tasty and well priced.
The staff who greeted us on the Saturday were amazing. So friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
The staff the next day were a bit surly, competent and good at their job, just not as jovial - we did wonder though if it was that their English was not as good (and of course way better than our Slovenian so we can't really complain!). Our final breakfast we had happy staff again.
There is no air-conditioning and the fans are not positioned over the beds.

- The receptionist’s approach was simply outstanding — exceptionally polite, helpful, and communicative, which we appreciated a lot.
- Check‑in was fast and smooth; all necessary information was provided clearly and in a very short time, accompanied by warm greetings.
- Breakfast on the first morning was prepared by the receptionist, and it was genuinely excellent. We were very pleasantly surprised — her attitude was amazing.
- The hotel is located on top of a hill, offering a truly beautiful view.
- Free parking is available right in front of the hotel.
- Each room features a spacious balcony or terrace.
- The room size is comfortable, and the shower is adequately sized — no issues at all.
- The hotel restaurant served delicious food; we tried three different dishes during our stay, and each one was perfect. There is also a wide selection of beverages, including many beer options.

Great location, on top of a hill over Kranj city.
Friendly and polite staff
The hotel requires renovation. Overused mattresses, smelly bathroom, old furniture, and no elevator.
