The owner was great as were the facilities. The breakfast was beyond criticism and I wouldn't change a thing.

What a lovely place to stay! High Ways House at Mullicott Cross is a real gem, offering the kind of warm welcome and homely atmosphere that makes a stay extra special.
The experience is everything you could wish for from a delightful bed and breakfast. It’s the perfect location to explore, unwind and enjoy a comfortable, welcoming stay.
The hospitality makes all the difference, and it’s clear that a great deal of care goes into making guests feel at home. Add to that the pleasure of a lovely breakfast to start the day, and you have all the ingredients for a memorable visit.
I would wholeheartedly recommend High Ways House to anyone looking for a charming B&B. A wonderful place to stay, and somewhere I would happily return to. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were walking the SWCP and the property is a short bus journey from Woolacombe and the bus stop is at the end of the drive which was much needed after a long walk. The host was so friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and just what we needed before a long walk. I would highly recommend this place.

Superb friendly host, who provided great guidance on places to visit and eat. The breakfast was delicious including home-made bread as an added bonus. The house was exceptionally clean :)
