A localização e custo são otimos, é bem facil de acessar a parte mais movimentada de gramado sem pagar muito caro.
O café da manhã era razoável, conforme descobrimos ele é todo preparado com antecedencia e seria somente aquecido ou finalizado no dia a ser servido. Com isso algumas coisas como pães e bolos ficam meio secas. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo e o ar condicionado parecia que nunca foi limpo, com isso ele não funcionava direito.
