Villa Cecilia is the perfect holiday home for families looking to relax by the sea while staying close to the town center. All major attractions and amenities are within easy reach, and the villa is fully furnished and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay.This detached, single-level villa is located in the quiet residential area of Fiumetto, Marina di Pietrasanta, just steps from the beach .The property includes a private driveway with parking for up to three cars. The beach is just 250 meters away and easily accessible on foot.The villa features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bright living and dining area, and a comfortable lounge with French doors leading to a covered veranda furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. The sleeping area includes three spacious bedrooms: one double, one twin with joinable beds, and one additional twin bedroom. There are two modern bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, as well as a washing machine for guests' convenience.The large terrace, overlooking the garden and magnolia tree, offers an ideal setting for outdoor meals and relaxation during warmer months.Essential services, including shops, cafés, restaurants, and a bus stop to Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi, are within walking distance. The property was clean and spacious, with comfy beds and everything else that we needed. It was nicer inside than the photos. I think it would be improved by better clothes hangers and more living room seating (perhaps an arm chair). The property is in a great area and we enjoyed the beach, Lucca, Pisa and Pietrasanta. However, it should be noted that the beautiful beach is nearly all owned by local Bagnos. The small stretch of free beach was a short drive away.

The property was actually nicer than it looked in the pictures. We spent most of our time in the property on the patio, and had a couple of evenings in, as the kitchen was well equipped.
The location was good, and the bar on the corner had excellent gelato and granite! Elena was very helpful prior to our arrival, and every question and request was fulfilled. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Everything about the place was perfect for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 teens). The house was clean and had everything you will need for your stay.
Comms and check in/out was perfect.
From the house you can walk to the beach in less than 10 mins, gelateria in less than 5, mini market in 10 and a cafe in 5.
Perfect for a relaxing break or for exploring the many amazing places in the area.
We’d highly recommend.
